<br />The Court finds that under the law of descent of real estate, in the State of Nebraska,1
<br />all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and.descend at the death of the -s
<br />Andrew M.Bosler, intestate, to the above named heirs, in equal parts, an undivided one -sixth pa
<br />to each of them.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY TIM COURT that Lots Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Six-
<br />teen (16) of Bonnie Brae Addition to Grand Island, and Lot Two (2) in Block Forty (40) in Packer
<br />& Barr's Second Addition to Grand Island, and Lot Nine (9) in the Sunnyside Subdivision of Lots
<br />Fifty (50) Fifty -one (51), fifty -two (52), Fifty -three (53) and Fifty -four (54) of Bark's Third
<br />Subdivision of part of the North East quarter (NEI) of Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., all of said real estate being in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Andrew M.Bosler,_ under the law of the
<br />State of Nebraska, to Valentine Boller. Joseph Boller, Mary Curry, Fannie Rombach, Frank Boller,
<br />and Genevieve Fuller, in equal shares, each of the above named heirs at,law taking an undivided
<br />one -sixth part of said real estate.

<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
