FINAL ZBCRL+'E
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HAIL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
In the matter of the Estate
)
of ) FINAL DECREE.
Andrew M.Bosler, deceased. )
Now on this 17th day of April, 1918, it appearing to the satis-
faction of the Court that Valentine Bosler, Joseph Bosler, Mary Curry, Fannie Rombach, Frank Bos-
ler, and Genevieve Fuller, are the only heirs at law of Andrew M.Bosler, deceased, and the only
persons interested in his estate and that they have entered their voluntary appearance herein,
waiving publication of notice, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of Joseph
Bosler, Administrator of the estate of said deceased.
On consideration of the report and the testimony the Court finds that said Joseph Bosler, Admin-
istartor, has received no money or other personal property belonging to the estate of said deceae
ed since his appointment as Administrator and that he has paid out for Court Costs and Attorney
fees the sum of $40.O0, and that he makes no claim against the estate for the money so advanced
by him; that the account is correct in all respects and that his report should be allowed as
and for his final account.
The Court finds that by former order creditors were allowed six months from the 19th day of
March, 1917, in which to present their claims in the office of the Coudy Judge of Hall County
Nebraska; that the time so allowed for filing claims has long since expired; that notice of the
time allowed and place appointed for filing claims was given to all persons interested by pub-
lication in the manner provided by law and the otdor of this Court, dated February 20th, 1917;
that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate, and that all claims outstanding
against the said Andrew M.Bosler, deceased, not so filed, if any such exist, are therefore
forever barred and excluded.
IT IS THEREFORE: CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of Joseph Bosler. Administrator of the
estate of Andrew M.Bosler, deceased, be approved, as and for his final account.
It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred and concluded from
filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Andrew M.Bosler, deceased, and
that said estate is fully settled and closed.
The Court finds that the said Andrew M.Bosler departed this life on the 22nd day of October, 191E
being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate,
leaving surviving him as his sole heirs at law the following named children:
Valentine Bosler, Joseph Bosler, Mary Curry. Fannie Rombach, Frank Bosler, and Genevieve Fuller;
that the wife of the said Andrew M.Bosler preceded him in death.
The Court finds that the said Andrew M.Bosler was at the time of his death seized in fee of the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to wit:
