<br />To my son John Sullivan the east one half of the southeast quarter of Section 31 in Township 10,
<br />Range 8 west.
<br />To my son Daniel Sullivan, the North onehalf of the Northeast quarter of Section 31,in Township
<br />10, Range 8,west.
<br />To my daughter Anna Swan the southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of section 31 in Township
<br />10, Range 8 west in Hamilton county, Nebraska..
<br />I further direct that should any of my said children proceed me in death leaving issue, then I
<br />direct that the share provided for said child shall not lapse but shell proceed to the issue of
<br />said deceased, by right of representation.
<br />Eighth.
<br />I am now the owner of Lot 1 in Block 68 of the original town of Grand Island,_ Nebraska, with all
<br />improvements thereon, Said property is now held in the name of may son Daniel Sulivan and the
<br />devise made to him in Paragraph Four of the within will is conditioned on his deeding and making
<br />necessary papers to transfer said property to my son, James Sullivan as hereinafter provided:
<br />I direct that said Lot 1 in Block 68 of the original town of Grand Island shall pass and descend
<br />and I hereby give and devise same to my son James Sullivan, and I direct that my son, Daniel
<br />Sullivan make all necessary papers to make this devise effective. The within devise is condition -
<br />ed on my son James Sullivan paying to my son Henry Sullivan the sum of two thousand dollars
<br />($2000.00) with one year from the date of my death.
<br />Sixth:
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal of which I die seized,
<br />shall after all my debts are paid, be divided equally between my wife, Nora Sullivan and my child:
<br />John, Nary Edward, James, Daniel, Anna and Henry, each taking a one- eighth interest therein,

<br />We, the undersigned whose names are subscribed hereto do certify that the testator Patrick
<br />Sullivan, signed the within instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us. That
<br />at the same time in our presence and hearing he declared the within instrument to be his last
<br />will and testament and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other,
<br />have subscribed our names hereto as attesting witnesses.

<br />in said County on the 16th day of June A.D. 1917, present Fred Jeffers, County Judge. In the
<br />matter of Patrick Sullivan deceased, I Fred Jeffers County Judge in and for said county, do here
<br />certify that on the 16th day of June, A.D.1917, the instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of Patrick Sullivan deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 16th day
<br />of Juan A.D. 1917, said instrument to which this is attached was duly proved, poSbated and allowe
<br />as the last will and testament of the said Patrick Sullivan deceased, and the same was ordered
<br />to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
