<br />The North one -half of the North -east quarter of Section 31 in Township 10 North, Range 8 West of
<br />the 6th P.M. in Hamilton County, Nebraska, to DANIEL SULLIVAN, subject to the life estate of the
<br />said Nora Sullivan
<br />The South -east quarter of the North -east quarter of Section 31 in Township 10 North, Range 8 lest
<br />of the 6th P.M. in Hamilton County, Nebraska. to ANNA SWAY subject to the life estate of the said
<br />Nora Sullivan.
<br />Lot 1 in Block 68 of the Original Town, now city of Grand Island, Nebraska, in Hall County, to
<br />JAMES SULLIVAN subject to the payment by him of $2,000.00 to HENRY SULLIVAN within one year from
<br />the date of the death of the said Patrick Sullivan, Deceased.
<br />The Court further finds and it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that the within estate
<br />Is not subject to any inheritance tax.

<br />the foregoing copy of Decree of Final Settlement in "In the Matter of the estate of Patrick
<br />Sullivan Deceased" with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court; that the same
<br />is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of said original record; that said Court has
<br />no clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I have the legal custody and
<br />control of said original record; that said Court is a court of record, has a seal, and that said
<br />seal is hereto affixed; and that the foregoing attestation is in due form, according to the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska.
<br />IA WITNESS THERROF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at Aurora,

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PATRICK SULLIVAN
<br />I, Patrick Sullivan of Hamilton County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do
<br />make and publish this my last will and testament, by it revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />First:
<br />I direct that my executors, hereinafter named pay all my just debts as soon after my death as
<br />practicable, same to be paid from my personal property. This to include its expense of my last
<br />sickness and death. Second:
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my nephew Daniel Sullivan and my daughter,Mary Sullivan, Executor
<br />and Executrix, respectively, of this, my last will and testament and desire that they be not re-
<br />quired to furnish bond in that capacity.
<br />Third:
<br />I give and devise to my beloved wife, Nora Sullivan, for and during the term of her natural life
<br />etc. following described real estate in Hamilton County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North East quarter of Section 25 Tp. 9, Range 8, West of the 6" P.M.
<br />The North half of the North Fast quarter, the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter and the
<br />east one -half of the South east quarter all in Section 31,Township 10, Range 8,west of the 6" P.M.
<br />She to take all the rents and profits from said real estate during her life time and she to be
<br />required to pay all taxes and make all necessary repairs about said premises during her said life
<br />time,
<br />Fourth.
<br />At the death of my said wife, Nora Sullivan I desire that the real estate mentioned in Paragraph
<br />Three of this will descend to my children hereinafter named, absolutely as follows:
<br />!To my daughter, Mary Sullivan, the east one -half of the northeast quarter of section 25 Tp.9
