<br />NEI) of Section Thirty One in Township Ten (10) North, Range Eight (8) West of the 6th P.Y. did
<br />pass in fee simple to Daniel Sullivan, subject to the life estate of said Nora Sullivan; that
<br />the said South -east quarter of the North -east quarter (SRI of NEE) of Section Thirty -one (31)
<br />in Township Ten (10) North, Range Eight (8) West of the 6th P.Y. did pass in fee simple to Anna
<br />Swan, subject to the life estate of the said Nora Sullivan; that all of said real estate herein
<br />referred to as passing to said Nora Sullivan for life is located in Hamilton County, Nebraska.
<br />That by the provisions of the said last will and testament of the said Patrick Sullivan, Deceas-
<br />ed, the said Lot 1 in Block 68 of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, did pass and descend in fee simple to James Sullivan subject to the condition that the
<br />said James Sullivan payd to Henry Sullivan, son of said Patrick Sullivan, Deceased, the sum of

<br />Two Thousand Dollars (42,000.00) within one year from the date of the death of the said Patrick
<br />Sullivan, Deceased.;
<br />The Court also finds that the said payment of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) required to be made.
<br />by the said James Sullivan to the said Henry Sullivan, has been made, that the said Henry Sullivi,
<br />has signed a receipt therefore, and that said receipt is filed in said estate.
<br />The Court finds that the title to any other real estate of which the said Patrick Sullivan died
<br />seized as owner and not hereinbefore described, under the provisions of the said last will and
<br />testament of the said Patrick Sullivan, Deceased, did pass to Nora Sullivan, John Sullivan, Mary
<br />Sullivan, Edward Sullivan, James., Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan, Henry Sullivan and Anna Swan, share
<br />and share alike by absolute title as residuary devisees under the last will and testament of the
<br />said Patrick Sullivan, Deceased.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the last will and
<br />testament of the said Patrick Sullivan, Deceased all of the above mentioned real estate did de-
