<br />j Now on this 8th day of March, 19188 this cause came on to be heard on the final report of
<br />:l Daniel J. Sullivan and Mary Sullivan, Executor and Executrix, respectively, of the last will and
<br />i�
<br />testament of Patrick Sullivan,.Deceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file and
<br />the voluntary appearances of interested patties signed and filed in Court that notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in -said estate of the filing of said report, as required by law
<br />and by the order of the Court, and it further appearing to the Court, after full examination, that
<br />the account exhibited by said Executor and Executrix is. correct in all things and ought to be
<br />.approved and allowed and it further appearing that said Executor and Executrix have accounted for
<br />all of said estate which has come into their hands it is, therefore, ORDERED, AD.TUDGED AND DECREEI
<br />that the report of said Daniel J.Sullivan and Mary Sullivan, Executor and Executrix. respectively,
<br />lof the last will and testament of the said Patrick Sullivan, Deceased, be and the same is approved
<br />as and for their final report.
<br />,The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner pro -
<br />11vided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceas-
<br />ed; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed
<br />against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceas-
<br />ed and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding
<br />claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />(lit is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Patrick Sullivan,
<br />Deceased and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Executor and Executrix have received in cash from all
<br />sources the sum of $2294.47. That they have expended in cash in the course of said administration
<br />the sum of $4068.54. That the said Executor and Executrix make no claim against said estate for
<br />the amount paid out in excess of receipts.
<br />The Court finds that the said Patrick Sullivan departed this life on the 30th day of May,1917,
<br />leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to probate on the 16th day of June, 1917.
<br />The Court finds that the said Patrick Sullivan died, seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate situated in the County of Hamilton. State of Nebraska, to -wit:
