31.4 <br />FINAL DECRYS: <br />MKINA.1 N01 HN E C "NE E � � � � � � � � � � � � I � :Iill iillll�ilii� 11 :1 !!111 <br />ONtRY, tODNTY AND lCN'bOl <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate } <br />} <br />of } FINAL DECREE. <br />} <br />Lorinda D.Goodrich, deceased. } <br />Now on this 14th day of January, 1919, it appearing to the <br />court that all persons interested in the estate of Lorinda D.Goodrich, deceased, have entered <br />their voluntary appearance herein, waiving time and further notice, this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the final report of Fred W.Goodrich, administrator of the said estate. <br />On consideration of said report and the evidence the court finds that the said administrator has <br />accounted for all of said estate which came into his hands; that he has received from:all source <br />- I <br />the sum of $525.43 and has paid out for taxes, court costs, insurance and repairs, the sum of j <br />$228.98, leaving in his hands for distribution the sum of $296.45 and that this - balance has been <br />distributed among the the heirs at law of said deceased, leaving no property now in his possess -� <br />ion belonging to the estate of said deceased, and that his report should therefore be allowed. <br />1 <br />The court finds that notice has been given to creditors of the said Lorinda D.Goodrich, deceased,; <br />of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against her estate; that the time <br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims filed and allowed against said <br />estate have been paid; that all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed, if any s <br />exist, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />The court finds that the said Lorinda D.Goodrich departed this life on the 21st day of January, <br />1917, being immediately prior to her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died <br />intestate leaving an estate of real property. <br />The court finds that the said Lorinda D.Goodrich died seized in fee of the following described <br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />An undivided One -Third interest in the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-eight (28 ), in Town- <br />ship Twelve (12 ), Range Twelve (12 ), West of the 6th P.M. <br />The court finds thu.t the said Lorinda D.Goodrich left surviving her as her heirs at law, and her <br />only heirs at law, the following named persons: <br />Charles J.Goodrich, Fred W.Goodrich and Harry L.Goodrich, her sons, and Clara M.Quaife and Hazel <br />D.Goodrich, her daughters; that her husband preceded her in death. <br />The court finds that all of the right, title and interest of the said Lorinda D.Goodrich in and <br />to the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend under the law of descent <br />of the State of Nebraska, at the death of the said intestate, to the above named heirs at law in <br />the manner following: An undivided one -fifth part of said interest to Charles J.Goodrich; an <br />undivided ine -fifth part thereof to' Clare, M.Quaife; an undivided one -fifth part thereof to Fred <br />W.Goodrich; an undivided one-fifth part thereof to Harry E.Goodrich and an undivided one -fifth <br />part thereof to Hazel D.Goodrich. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the one -third interest of Lorinda D. <br />Goodrich in the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, in Township 12, in Range 12, in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, did pass and descend at her death, intestate, to Charles J.Goodrich, Clara M.Quaife, <br />Fred W.Goodrich, Harry E.Goodrich and Hazel D.Goodrich, in equal shares, an undivided one -fifth <br />part thereof to each of said heirs at law. <br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Fred W.Goodrich, Administra <br />or, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and his acts in <br />the premises are in all things ratified. <br />j It is further considered that all persons are forever barred, excluded and precluded from filing <br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Lorinda D.Goodrich, deceased, and that <br />i <br />1 <br />n <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
