<br />III' TIO COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of }
<br />} FINAL DECREE.
<br />Calvin A.Goodrich, deceased. }
<br />Now on this 14th day of January, 1919 this cause came on to
<br />be heard upon the final report of Fred W.Goodrieh, Administrator of the estate of Calvin A.
<br />Goodrich, deceased, it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that all persons interested
<br />in the estate of said deceased have been notified and have entered their voluntary appearance
<br />herein, waiving notice by publication or otherwise and consent that the report of said administr�
<br />be allowed.
<br />On consideration of the said report and the evidence the court finds that said ad-
<br />mirnistrator has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came into his hands, that
<br />there is no property now in his possession belonging to said estate, and that his report is
<br />correct in all respects and ought to be approved.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors of the said Calvin A.Goodrich, deceased, as t
<br />the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowec
<br />for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of
<br />j said deceased have been paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate and
<br />not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />The court finds that said Calvin A.Goodrich departed this life on the 2nd day of September,1915,
<br />being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he
<br />died intestate leaving an estate to be administered upon.
<br />The court finds that the said Calvin A.Goodrich left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his
<br />only heirs at law, the following named personsi
<br />Lorinda D.Goodrich, his widow, and Charles J.Goodrich, Fred W. Goodrich, Harry E.Goodrich, his
<br />sons, and Clara M.Quaife and Hazel D.Goodrich, his daughters.
<br />The court finds that the said Calvin A.Goodrich died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska. to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter, (SEJ) of Section Twenty-eight. (28), in Township. Twelve, (12), in Range
<br />Twelve (12).
<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of
<br />Nebraska all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death
<br />of the said Calvin A.Goodrich, intestate, to the above mentioned heirs at law in the manner fo-
<br />lling:
