F I N A L D F C R F Na. <br />Now on this 3rd day of April, 1916, this cause came on further to be heard upon the final re- <br />port of Anna Wieck, Administratrix of the estate of Franz H. Wieck, deceased, having been duly <br />continued from the 26th day of February, 1916, for the distribution of the personal property be- <br />Elonging to said deceased, it appearing to the court that notice has been given to all persons in- <br />iIterested by publication as required by law and the order of court dated February 16, 1916, and th <br />ibeing no objection or protest on file. <br />After a. full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all res- <br />jpects and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said administratrix; <br />:that the administratrix has accounted for all of the estate which came into her hands, has paid <br />the costs of administration and all claims filed and allowed against the estate and has distribute <br />,the remainder of the personal property among the heirs entitled to share in the distribution. <br />The court finds that notice was given in the manner provided by law of the time allowed and <br />place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time allowed for <br />filing; claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been <br />fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, if any <br />such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred fr <br />fi ling or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Franz H. Wieck, deceased, and t <br />I said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of Anna Wieck, administratrix, be and the <br />Name hereby is approved and allowed as and for the final account of said administratrix. <br />The court finds that said Franz H. Wieck, deceased, departed this life, intestate, on the <br />120th day of April, 1915, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />!that he left surviving him the following named heirs: Anna Wieck, his widow; Margaretha Wieck, <br />i <br />'Martha Wieck, John Wieck, Alma Wieck, Alfred Wieck, Ernest Wieck, Clara Wieck, Alice Wieck and <br />;Rosa Wieck, his children. <br />The court finds that the said Franz H. Wieck was at the time of his death the owner of the <br />I following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The North east Quarter of Section 26, in Township 12, in Range 10. <br />The court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska. all <br />lbf said real estate did descend at the death of the said Franz H. Wieck, in the manner following: <br />One third part thereof to Anna Wieck, his widow: <br />Two thirds part thereof to Margaretha Wieck, Martha Wieck, John Wieck, Alma Wieck, Alfred, <br />Wieck, Ernest Wieck, Clara Wieck, Alice Wieck and Rosa Wieck, his children, in equal shares and ir <br />absolute title, subject to the homestead rights of the said Anna Wieck in and to said real estate. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that at the death of Franz H. Wieck, <br />l intestate, the North -east Quarter of Section 26, in Township 12, in Range 10, in Hall County, Neb <br />Iraska, did pass and descend in fee under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, in the man- <br />I ner following: <br />To Anna Wieck, his widow, one third part thereof; <br />To Margaretha Wieck, Martha Wieck, John Wieck, Alma Wieck, Alfred Wieck, Ernest Wielck, <br />jClara Wieck, Alice Wieck and Rosa Wieck, children of said deceased, in equal shares, subject to <br />'the homestead rights of the said Anna.
