<br />Now, on this 11 day of January, 1919, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Lloyd M. Howe, Administrator of said estate, and his petition for a final settlement thereof, and
<br />it appearing to the Court from the proof on file that all of the persons interested in said estate
<br />had signed and filed a written acceptance of notice of the filing of said report, waived time, put
<br />lication, and further notice thereof, and asked that same be allowed, and said estate closed, the
<br />Court on examination thereof. finds said report in all respects correct, and the same should be
<br />allowed and approved.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that due notice of the time and .place
<br />for filing claims against said estate has been given as by the orders of this Court and law pro-
<br />vided; that said time has expired, and that no claims have been filed against said estate, and th
<br />said Administrator has paid all of the costs of said administration, as in said report stated,and
<br />that all unfiled claims, if any there be, should be forever barred and precluded
<br />The Court further finds that the said deceased died intestate at her home in Hall County, Ne
<br />raska, on December 26, 1917, and that she left surviving her as her heirs and only heirs at law t
<br />following named persons, all of whom are over twenty -one years of age., viz., Frank E.Howe, her
<br />husband, and Lloyd M. Howe, Frank A. Howe, Leo E. Howe, Lola L. Towne ( formerly Howe) , Elsa M.
<br />Howell (formerly Howe) and Orren Howe, her children; that she left no other heirs at law or des-
<br />cendants except as above stated.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized of the following described real estate
<br />situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: A rectangular strip of land measuring 610.65 feet north
<br />and south off the south side of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section Number
<br />19, in Township Number 10, North, Range 11 West of the Sixth P.M., excepting the Union Pacific
<br />Railroad Company's right of way extending in a southwesterly direction through said tract, said
<br />tract containing, exclusive of said right of way, 13.76 acres, and sometime otherwise described as
<br />the south 610.65 ,feet of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 19, being
<br />the land conveyed to said Anna S.V.Howe by deed recorded in Book 50 of Deeds at Page 479 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. and that same was at the time of her death the homestead of said
<br />deceased and of her said husband, Frank E. Howe.
<br />The Court further finds that after the payment of all debts and costs of administration, the
<br />remains in the hands of said Administrator for distribution, the sum of $558.30, end same should
<br />The distributed as follows: To Frank E. Howe, surviving husband, one- third, $186.10, and to Lloyd
<br />M.Howe, Frank A.Howe, Leo R.Howe, Lola L.Towne, Elsa M.Howell, and Orren Howe, surviving children
<br />Ithe sum of $62.03 each, giving to each of them a one -ninth part of said remainder for distribution
