<br />The Court further finds that due notice was given to all persons of the time and place fixed
<br />for filing claims against the estate of the said Catharina Petersen, deceased, and that the time
<br />so fixed has fully_ expired, and that all persons having claims. against said estate, if any such
<br />there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against
<br />said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Christion Jessen-as such Executor has paid the funeral
<br />expenses and the expenses of the last sickness of said deceased, and the costs of administration,
<br />and has fully accounted for all of said estate coming into his possession or under his control,
<br />and that there remains nothing in his hands to be distributed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Catharina Petersen departed this life on the 13th day
<br />of May, 1917, and that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of the county oij
<br />Hall in the state of Nebraska; that the said Catharina Petersen left a last will and testament,
<br />which was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court on the 5th day of July,1917;
<br />that the said Catharina Petersen died seized as the owner in fee simple of Lot Number Eight in
<br />Block Number T,4o in H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />the said Catharina Petersen having received title to said premises as Catherine Petersen, and tha
<br />by the terms of said last 1111 and testament of the said Catharina Petersen, deceased, Mathias
<br />Petersen, surviving husband of said Catharina Petersen, took a life estate in said premises, and
<br />that by the terms of said last will and testament, and subject to the life estate therein of the
<br />said Mathias Petersen.. the title to said premises did pass and descend, by absolute title, to her
<br />daughters, Catharina Petersen, Syride Petersen, and Thelma Jessen, share and share alike, charged
<br />however, with the payment to Peter Petersen,_ Christian Petersen, Max Petersen,. and Maria Olsen,
<br />sons and daughter of said Catharina Petersen, deceased, of the sun of Five Dollars each, which

<br />sums the Court finds have been fully paid and satisfied, by agreement among the children of the
<br />said Catharina Petersen, deceased.
<br />IT IS TBIREFORF ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Christian Jessen, Executor of the last will and testament of the said Catharina Petersen, deceased,
<br />heretofore filed herein. be and the same hereby is in all things approved and allowed as and for
<br />his final report, said Executor is discharged, and said estate closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of the said Catharina Petersen, deceased, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred, enjoined, and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament o
<br />the said Catharina Petersen, deceased, Mathias Petersen took a life estate in and to Lot 8 in
<br />Block 2, in H.G.Clark's Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that subject to the
<br />life estate of the said Mathias Petersen therein, the title to said premises passed, by absolute
<br />title., to Catharina Petersen,_ Syride Petersen, and Thelma Jessen, daughters, share and share ali

<br />that I have compared the foregoing copy of LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT AND FINAL IRCREE in the matter
<br />of the estate of CATHARINA PETERSEN, ISCEASED, with the original record thereof,now remaining in
<br />said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original re-
<br />cord; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that sak
<br />Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal cus-
<br />todian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in du
<br />form of law.
