1GLBZ <br />C <br />1 <br />d <br />1 <br />Section Twenty -eight (28) in Township Twelve (12) in Range Nine (9). <br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament of <br />the said Wilhelmina Ruff, deceased, all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass <br />and descend at the death of the said Wilhelmina Ruff to John A. Ruff, her husband, for his use <br />and benefit during the term of his natural life, and that at his death all of the right, title <br />and interest of the said Wilhelmina Ruff in and to the above mentioned and described real estate <br />;descends, under the provisions of said last will and testament in the manner following: <br />The West half of the South east Quarter of the North east Quarter of Section Seventeen (17), <br />in Township Twelve (12), in Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska., to <br />Friedrich Ruff. son of the testatrix, in absolute title. <br />All of the interest of the testatrix in and to the North half of the North East Quarter of <br />Section Twenty -eight (28) in Township Twelve (12) in Range Nine (9), west of the 6th P.M.. in Hal <br />;County, Nebraska, to Walther Ruff, son of the testatrix, in absolute title. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that under the provisions of the last will and testa <br />invent of Wilhelmina Ruff, deceased, all of her interest in the above mentioned and described real <br />Testate did descend at her death to her husband, John A. Ruff, for the term of his natural life an <br />ithat at his death said real estate descends as follows: <br />To Friedrich Ruff the W.* of the SEJ of the NEJ of Section 17, in Township 12, Range 9, in fe <br />To Walther Ruff the interest of the testatrix in theNorth half of the North East Quarter of <br />ISection 28, in Township 12, Range 9, in fee. <br />The court further finds that the said Wilhelmina Ruff was sometimes called Mina Ruff and was <br />iso named in the deeds of conveyance. <br />J.
