<br />Wilhelmina Ruff, deceased. I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Courtin and for said Coun-
<br />ty, do hereby certify that on the 22 day of May 1918, the instrument purporting to be the last wil
<br />and testament of Wilhelmina Ruff, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 15th
<br />day of June 1918, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Wilhelmina Ruff,
<br />deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 14th day of December, 1918, this cause came on for hearing uponthe final report
<br />of John Quandt, executor of the last will and testament of Wilhelmina Ruff, deceased, notice havir
<br />been given to all persons interested, by publication, as required by order of court dated Decembe
<br />40 1918, as shown by proof now on file.
<br />The court having examined said report and being fully advised in the premises finds that the
<br />account of said executor is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed; that sai
<br />executor has accounted for all of said estate which came into his possession and that there re-
<br />mains no money or other personal property in his hands belonging to the estate of said deceased.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors of the said Wilhelmina Ruff, deceased, of
<br />the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, as re-
<br />quired by law and the order of court dated June 15. 19-18; that the time then allowed for filing
<br />claims has fully expired; that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate. and that
<br />x.11 claims outstanding against said deceased, if any such there are, are therefore forever barred
<br />and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of John Quandt, Executor, be and the
<br />same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his truss
<br />and his bond released.
<br />It is, further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Wilhelmina Ruff, deceased, and
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that said Wilhelmina Ruff departed this life on the 8th day of stay, 1918, be-
<br />ing at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that sheleft a last will a
<br />testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the
<br />15th day of June, 1918, and recorcTed in this office.
<br />The court finds that the said Wilhelmina Ruff died seized in fee simple of the following des
<br />cribed real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The West half (W'J) of the South -east Quarter (SE -J) of the North -east Quarter (NEg) of Sectio
<br />Seventeen (17), in Township Twelve (12) in Range Nine (9), and
<br />An undivided one half interested in the North half of the North -east Quarter (NJ of NE4) of
