<br />At a Session of the County Court held in and for said County. at the County Court -Room,in
<br />City of Hastings, County of Adams, and State :of Nebraska.

<br />In the matter of the estate of)
<br />Decree of Final Account and Distribution of Estate.
<br />Pearle Tomlinson, Deceased.)
<br />Now on this 7th day of November 1918 this matter came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />and "petition of Ruth I. Wilson, Administratrix, of said estate for final settlement and distribu-
<br />tion and for her discharge as Administratrix. -and the evidence, and was submittdd to the Court.
<br />On Consideration whereof the Court finds that notice of this hearing has been duly waived by
<br />;said Ruth I. Wilson and all persons interested in said estate. That said Pearle Tomlinson, deceas-
<br />ed,. departed this life intestate in the City of Denver. Colorado, on the 6th day of June, 1918,
<br />And that at the time of her decease she was a resident of Adams County,, Nebraska.
<br />That on the 19th day of June 1918 said Ruth I. Wilson, was duly appointed Administratrix of
<br />said estate and on said day she duly qualified as such Administratrix, then became, has been ever
<br />since and is now the duly appointed,_qualified and acting Administratrix of said estate.
<br />That on the 19th day of June 1918 an order was duly made by the court fixing the 20th day of
<br />July 1918, or within three months thereafter, as the time for filing claims and directing that
<br />notice thereof be given according to law. That thereupon notice to creditors was duly given and
<br />published as required by law.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed against said estate and the Costs and expenses
<br />of Administration have been fully paid. That the time for filing claims has expired and it is
<br />hereby ordered that all claims not filed against said estate are forever barred. That the said Rut
<br />I. Wilson, Administratrix, submitted her account and vouchers and no one appearing to object there
<br />or contest the same, the Court finds that said Account is ,just and true and should be and is here -
<br />by allowed and approved and ordered recorded as her final account.
<br />The Court further finds that said Pearle Tomlinson, deceased, left surviving her as her only
<br />:heirs at law, and next of kin and only person interested in said estate the following named pers
<br />to -wit: Ruth I. Wilson, Niece of the City of New York, New York, being the only child of Sarah
<br />Wilson, a deceased sister of said Pearle Tomlinson, deceased.
<br />That said Pearle Tomlinson, left no father nor mother, and no children, was never married
<br />;and left no brothers, or sisters nor any other Nieces or Nephews or other heirs heirs at law, her
<br />;surviving. And that said Ruth I, Wilson, is entitled, as the sole heir at law of said Pearle Tom-
<br />' linson, deceased, to all the personal property and real estate belonging to said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Pearle Tomlinson, deceased was at the time of her death the
<br />;owner in fee, of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) and the East thirty -five (35) feet of the North one -half (N.J) o
<br />Lot Ten (10), all in Block four (4) Haire's Addition to the City of Hastings, Nebraska. Also the
<br />undivided one -half (J) interest in the North West Quarter (NW-1). the West half ( *) of the North
<br />East Quarter {tT.E. ), and the North half (N-J) of the South West Quarter (S.W.1) of Section twen
<br />seven (27), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.. Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that as to the liability of said estate and the right of succession
<br />thereto, to an inheritance tax, said estate is of the value of $32,258.00. That there should be
<br />;deducted from said amount the sum of $2000.00, as an exemption from the inheritance tax; the sum
<br />of $71.00 as costs and expenses of administration, and the further sum of $248.00 commission and
<br />'pence allowed said Administratrix or total sum of $2319.00 leaving a balance subject to the pay-
<br />ment of an inheritance tax of $29,939.00, which at a would amount to the sum of $598.78. And the
