<br />IT IS THRRFFORR BY TH , COURT ADJUDGED, DECREED AND CONSIDERED that said final report of said
<br />Administratrix be and hereby is in all things allowed and approved; that all claims not filed
<br />against said estate are forever barred and precluded; that the above described real estate of whi
<br />said deceased died seized, passed and descended, at his death, to the above named heirs at law
<br />follows: An undivided one-third interest therein to said Carrie Gunnarson, widow, and
<br />an undivided one -sixth interest therein to each of his said children Lina V.
<br />Kamidoi, Bessie C.Gunnarson, Leva N.Gunnurson, and John W.Gunnarson, as tenants in c
<br />and same is so awarded to them; that upon payment and distribution of the balance remaining in the
<br />hands of said Administratrix as above found and ordered, and filing of receipts therefor in this
<br />Court, said estate will be finally closed, said Administratrix discharged, and her bond released.

<br />Now on this 6th day of July, 1918, it appearing to the Court from the proof now on file that
<br />notice has been given to all persons interested as required by law, and by the order of this Court
<br />dated June 25th, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Anna Eberl, Adminis
<br />tratrix of the estate of George J. Eberl, deceased.
<br />4n consideration of the report and the testimony the Court finds that said Administratrix
<br />,received from all sources the sum of $708.73, and that she has paid out for funeral expenses, the
<br />expense of the last sickness, dues to the Equitable Building & Loan Association and costs of ad-,
<br />.ministration, the sum of $954.90, and that she makes no claims against the estate for the amount
<br />;,paid out in excess of receipts; that her report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowe
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY Th7, COURT that the report of the Administratrix of the estate
<br />of George J. Eberl, deceased, be and and the same hereby is, approved and allowed as and for her
<br />final account,
<br />The Court finds that by order of Court dated July 16th, 1917, creditors of the said George J.1
<br />Eberl, deceased, were allowed six months from &nd after the 13th day of August, 1917, in which to
<br />:present their claims in this office for allowance; that the time limited for filing claims has ful
<br />fly expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully settled and paid
