<br />Now on this 21st day of Eovember, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Louis A. McAllister and Harry B.McAllister, executors of the last will and testament of Emma A.
<br />KcAllister, deceased, it appearing to the satisfaction of the count that all persons interested
<br />have entered their voluntary appearance herein, waiving time and further notice, and that they a
<br />all of legal age.
<br />On consideration of the report and the evidence submitted the court finds that the account o
<br />l
<br />said executors is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed; that the executorsi
<br />E
<br />have accounted for all of the estate which came into their hands, have paid the funeral expenses,
<br />E
<br />expense of the last sickness and the costs of administration and that there remains no money or
<br />i
<br />other personal property in their possession, and that they have distributed among the heirs and
<br />i
<br />legatees of the deceased the sum of $3877.00•
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Louis A.McAllister
<br />!

<br />and Harry B. McAllister, executors, be and the same hereby is approved as and for their final ac-
<br />count and their bond is released.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Emma A.McAllister, deceas
<br />of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, as
<br />E

<br />required by law; that the time limited for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims
<br />filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding
<br />against said estate and not so filed. if any such exist are, therefore., forever barred and excludel.
<br />ft is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred fro
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Emma A. McAllister, deceased, an
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Emma A. McAllister departed this life on the 3rd day of July,
<br />1918, being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of, Grand Islar_d, Hall County, Neb

<br />raska, and that she left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and
<br />admitted to probate in this court on the 8th day of July, 1918, and recorded in this office.

<br />The court finds that the said Emma. A, McAllister died seized in fee simple of the following
<br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The Westerly Forty -nine (49) feet and the Southerly Fifty -seven (57) feet of the Easterly
<br />Seventeen (17) feet of Lot Four (4) in Block Sixty -seven (67), in the original town, now City, of
<br />I
<br />Grand Island.

<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament
<br />all of the right, title and interest of the said Emma A. McAllister. in and to the above mentioned
<br />`and described real estate dial pass and descend at her death to May A.Arthur (formerly McAllister),1
<br />Grace Reider, (formerly McAllister), Louis A. McAllister, Harry B.McAllister, Ruth Hansen (formerly
<br />i
<br />McAllister) and Elizabeth Crawford (formerly McAllister), children of the testatrix, in equal
<br />shares as tenants in common.

<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the westerly 49 feet and the south
<br />t
<br />erly 57 feet of the easterly 17 feet of Lot 4, in Block 67, in the original town, now City, of
<br />Grand Island, in the County of Hall and State of .Nebraska, as well as all of the net personal es-
<br />tate of Emma A. McAllister, deceased, did pass and descend at her death, under the provisions of
<br />her 1,--st will and testament, to
<br />May A. Arthur, Grace Reider, Louis A. McAllister, Harry B. McAllister, Ruth Hanseti and Eliza
<br />'beth Crawford, i.n equal shares, to have and to hold. to them and their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The court finds that through error on part of the scrivener the surname, McAllister, appears
