<br />i TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all wills and at any time heretofore by me made.

<br />11 direct that all my debts, expenses of sickness, funeral and burial expenses be paid out of my
<br />�personal estate before any of bequests herein made shall become operative, and in case my person.
<br />al estate be insufficient to pay such claims I direct my executors to sell so much of my real es-
<br />tate as may be necessary to pay such claims in full.

<br />I (now Elizabeth Crawford) share and share alike all property, real and personal of whatsoever kind
<br />Ior nature as well as any and all interest legal or equitable in or to the same which I may own at
<br />the time of my decease or which may come to me during my life or afterwards by purchase, descent
<br />or otherwise.
<br />Item -2- In case one or more of my said children shall not survive me and shall die without issue,
<br />I direct that his or her share or shares shall revert to my estate to be divided among my survivir
<br />children share and share alike; but in case such deceassed heir or heirs shall leave children sur-
<br />f viving hire or them, I give and bequeath unto my executors hereinafter named, in trust, for the use
<br />land benefit of such minor heirs to have and to hold, for their use and benefit until they shall
<br />have attained their majority such deceased child or childs share herein bequeathed under item I of
<br />;this will and Testament.

<br />I Item -3- I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter May A.MacAllister and my son Harry B- MacAllis-

<br />ter to be sole executors of this my last Will and Testament.

<br />County, do hereby certify that on the 8th day of July, 1918, the instrument purporting to be the
<br />Mast will and testament of Emma A. McAllister, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.
<br />That on the 8th day of July, 1918, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said
<br />Emma L-KcAllister, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />laforesaid.
