<br />Pacific Railway Co.'s Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, was the home and
<br />homestead of the said Carl Hee and his wife, Rosa Hee, at the time of the death of the said Carl
<br />Hee, and that the said Rose. Hee.succeeded to and inherited a homestead estate in said premises,
<br />and that subject to the homestead estate of the said Rosa Hee therein, that said premises, upon
<br />death of the said Carl Hee, descended by absolute title as follows: one -third to Rosa Hee, sur7i� ng

<br />widow of said Carl Hee, deceased, and one sixth each to Harry C. Hee, Carl W. Hee, Birdie F. Hee
<br />and Florence F. Hee, children of said Carl Hee, Deceased, and that upon the death of the said
<br />Carl Hee, the title to Lots 3 and 4, and Lot 3 on Island, in Section 19, Township 12, North, Range
<br />7 West, in Merrick County, Nebraska, descended, by absolute title, As follows: An undivided one-
<br />third to Rosa Hee, survivhg widow of the said Carl 1fee, deceased, and an undivided one -sixth each
<br />to the said Harry C. Hee, Carl 19. .fee, Birdie E. Hee, and Florence F. Hee, children of said Carl
