<br />It is further considered that all persons are forever barred From filing or setting up any claims
<br />or demands against the estate of Levi O.Watson, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled
<br />and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Levi O.Watson departed this life on the 4th day of Marck
<br />1918, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last
<br />will and testament which instrument was duly proved, alloyed and admitted to probate in this court
<br />on the 14th day of March, 1918, and recorded in this office.
<br />.The court finds that the said Levi O.Watson died seized in fee of the following described real
<br />estate situate in the Bounty of Hall and State of Nebraska., to -wit:
<br />The North half of the North -welt
<br />Quarter, (N* of N.W.J) of Section 26, in Township 12, in Range 11; The Southeast Quarter (S.E.J) of
<br />Section 22, in Township 12, in Range 11, except 17 acres conveyed to Hugh W.Watson by deed;
<br />The east half of the Northeast Quarter (Ej of N.E.1) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (N.E.J of S.E.-L) of Section 27, in Township 12, in Range 11;
<br />All of Lot Six (6), in
<br />:dock Sixty (60), in the original town, now City, of Grand Island, excepting that part of said lot
<br />6 conveyed by deed to H.M.Watson, under date of March 22,1911.
<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament all of
<br />the right, title `and interest of the testator in and to the above described real estate did pass
<br />and descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />'To Fred. Watson, son of the the said Levi O.Watson, the the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />,Section 26, in Township 12, in Range 11;
<br />To Hugh Watson, son of the testator, the 'the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, in Township Twelve
<br />(12), in Range 11: '
<br />;To Harley Watson, son of the testator, the east half of the northeast Quarter and the northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, in Township 12, in Range 11;
<br />'To Bertha Watson Sprague, daughter of said testator, Lot Six (6), in Block Sixty (60), in the City
<br />of Grand Island, except a part of said lot conveyed by.deed to H.M.Watson.
<br />;The court finds that Elzora Watson, wife of the testator, and'Frank Watson, his son, departed,
<br />this life prior to the death of the said Levi O.Watson.
<br />;It is therefore considered by the court that under the provisions of the lest will and testament
<br />:of Levi O.Watsonj deceased, the North half of the N.W.J of Section 26, in Township 12, in Range 11
<br />'in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of the testator to Fred Watson in absolute title
<br />.that under the provisions of said last will and testament the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, in
<br />Township 12, in Range 11, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of said Levi O.Watson
<br />to Hugh Watson in absolute title; that under the provisions of said Dist Will and Testament the

<br />East Half of the North East Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
<br />27, in Township 12, in Range 11, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of the test-
<br />ator to Harley Watson in absolute title; that under the provisions of said bast Will and Testament
<br />all of the right, title and interest of the said Levi O.Watson in and to Lot Number 6, in Block
<br />Number 60, in the original town, now City, of Grand Island, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the
<br />ideath of the testator to Bertha Watson'Sprague in absolute title.
