Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate ) <br />of ) <br />FINAL JVCREF <br />) <br />Levi O.Wa.tson, deceased. ) Now on this 16th day of November, 1918, this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the final report of bred Watson, executor of the last will and testament of Levi 0. <br />Watson, deceased, after due notice, by publication, of the filing of said report and of the time <br />fixed for final settlement of the estate of said deceased, there being no objection or protest on <br />file. <br />After full examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all repects <br />and ought to be allowed; that the executor has accounted for property of the deceased coming into <br />his hands and has paid the expenses of administration, the funeral expenses and all claims filed <br />and allowed against sa.l estate; that he has received from all sources the sum of $2587.19 and has <br />paid out, and distributed among the heirs entitled to share in the distribution, the sum of <br />2587.19, and that there remains no money or other property in his possession belonging t said <br />state. <br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors, by publication, of the time allow- <br />d and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time limit - <br />d for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have <br />een fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, if <br />such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />t is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Fred Watson, executor, be <br />
