<br />JAMES R. CIIANEY, DECEASED.)
<br />Now on this 19th day of November, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Walter H. Flebbe, Administrator'of the estate of James R. Chaney, deceased, it appearing to they
<br />satisfaction of the court, from the proof now in file, that all persons interested in the estate
<br />of said deceased have been notified and have entered their voluntary appearance herein, waiving ,4
<br />time and further notice. �
<br />On examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects and
<br />i
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said administrator; that the admi is-
<br />trator has accounted for all of the estate which came into his possession and that there remains nD
<br />money or other personal property in hands for distribution.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Walter He Flebbe, administrator, j
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged
<br />of his trust and his bond released.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the time limited and place appointe�
<br />f
<br />for filing claims against the estate of James Re Chaney, deceased, as required by law and by the
<br />order of court; that the time allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully expired and
<br />that all claims filed and allowed against laid estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all
<br />claims outstanding against the estate of said deceased and not so filed, if any such exist, are it
<br />)i
<br />therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever marred M
<br />i
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of James R.Chaney,deceased,and
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />The court finds that the said James R. Chaney departed this life on the 15th day of Y.arch,1918 r
<br />f
<br />at North Platte, Nebraska, being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County
<br />I
<br />Nebraska, and that he died intestate; that he left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only
<br />heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Clay A.Chaney, his son, Pearl Redman,his daughter, Ralph S.Chaney,his son, and Grace Flebbe,
<br />his daughter.
<br />The court finds that the said James R.Chaney died seized in fee of the Billowing described real es(,
<br />r:
<br />torte situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Fcur (4), in Block Seven (7), in the original town, now City, of Grand Island, and Lot 4j
<br />Two (2) in Block Sixty -three (63) in Wheeler & Bennett's Second Addition Grand Island. j
<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all

<br />of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Ja �s
<br />R.Chaney,intestate,to the above named heirs in equal shares as tenants in common. ,
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all of the right, title and intereske
<br />of James Re Chaney in and to Lot 4 in Block 7, in the original town, now City of Grand Island, an
<br />Lot 2 in Block 63 in Wheeler & Bennett's Second Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County, Ne
<br />,did pass and descend at his death, under the law of Nebraska, to Clay A. Chaney, Pearl Redman,
<br />Ralph S.Craney and Grace Flebbe, his children, in equal shares and in absolute title.
<br />The court finds that the wife of the said James R. Chaney preceded him in death.
