<br />have been fully paid and satisfied, that all claims outstanding a Linst said estate, if any such
<br />exist, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred
<br />!from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Rulda. Steinbeck, deceased,
<br />land that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Hulda Steinbeck departed this life on the 26th day of March,
<br />1918, being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Ball County, Nebraska, and that
<br />she died intestate, leaving surviving her as her heirs at law, and her only heirs at law, the fol-
<br />lowing named persons:
<br />Henry Steinbeck, Anna Steinbeck, Ida. Steinbeck Geisinger, Mary Steinbeck Bowers, .Fred H.
<br />.Steinbeck, Martha Steinbeck Privett, Julia Steinbeck and,Theresa Oteinbeck, her children;

<br />The court finds that the said Hulda Steinbeck> died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of Section Six (6), in Township Eleven (11),in Range Eleven (11), the
<br />Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty (20), in Township Eleven (11), in Range Ten (10); Block Four-
<br />teen (14) in Koehler Subdivision to Grand Island, and Lot One (1) in Block Three (3), in Lake Vi
<br />an addition to Grand Island, all in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Four (4) the Nortl, *rest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of ' Section Two (2), in Township
<br />Eleven (11), in Range Eight (8) ; the South half of the Northeast Quarter and the east half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter, of Section Three (3), in Township Eleven (11), in Range Eight (8); Lots Three
<br />(3) and Four (4) in Section Ten (10), in Township F ieven (11). in Range Eight (8). and the Vest
<br />half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty -five (35), in Township Twelve (12), in Range Eight
<br />(8), all in Merrick County, Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the above men-
<br />tioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Hulda Steinbeck to
<br />Henry Steinbeck,, Anna Steinbeck, Ida. Steinbeck Geisinger, Mary Steinbeck Bowers, Fred H. Steinbec
<br />Ivlartha Steinbeck Privett, Julia Steinbeck and Theresa Steinbeck, her children, in equal shares as
<br />tenants in common.
<br />It. is therefore considered by the court that under and by virtue of the law of descent of the
<br />State of Nebraska, all of the above described real estate, at the death of the said Itulda Steinbeck.
<br />intestate, passed to and became the property of Henry Steinbeck, Anna Steinbeck, Ida Steinbeck Gei-
<br />singer, Liary Steinbeck Bowers, Fred H. Steinbeck, Martha Steinbeck Privett, Julio. Steinbeck and
<br />Theresa Steinbeck, in equal shares and in absolute title.
