It J. II. Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said <br />County, do hereby certify that on the 11th day of Parch, 1918, the instrument purporting to be the <br />last will and testament of Theodore Kannow, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on <br />the 6th day of April, 1918, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved <br />probated and allowed as the last will and testy =_went of the real personal estate of said Theodore <br />Kannow, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS V,'HEP,TOV I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />6th day of April, 1918. <br />J.H.Mullin„ .,.,County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of) <br />) F I N A L D E C R E E. <br />.Theodore Kannow, Deceased.) <br />Now on this 25th day df September, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report) <br />of the executrix of the last. will of Theodore Kannow, deceased, notice having been given by publi- <br />cation as to the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement. <br />On consideration of the report and the evidence the court finds that account is correct and <br />ought to be approved; that the executrix has accounted for all bf:�the estate which came into her <br />hands and that there remains no property in her hands for distribution. <br />The court finds that notice was given. to creditors of the time allowed and place appointed f <br />filing claims against said estate as required by law; that the time so a )lowed has fully expired; <br />that no claims were filed against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said estate, if <br />any such there be, are, therefore, forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Theodore Kannow, deceased, and that said <br />,estate <br />is <br />fully closed. <br />It <br />is, <br />further considered <br />and ad'udged by the court that the report of the executrix be and t <br />same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account. <br />The court finds that the said Theodore Kannow departed this life on the 22nd day of February, <br />1918, being at the time of his death a resident of Ball County, Nebraska, and that he left a last <br />will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to-probate in this court <br />on the 6th day of April, 1918, and recorded in this office. <br />The court finds that the said Theodore Kannow died seized in fee of the following described <br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit; <br />Lot Number Ten (10), in Block Number Five (5), in College Addition to West Lawn, an addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, and that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testa - <br />ment, a,ll of said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Theodore Kannow, to <br />'Lena Kannow, his widow, in fee. <br />It is therefore considered by the Court that all of the right title and interest of the said <br />Theodore K -nnow, deceased, in and to Lot 10 in Block 5, in College Addition to West Lawn, an al?di- <br />tion to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at his death,,by <br />virtue of the provisions of his last will and testament, to Lena Kannow, his widow, in fee simple.) <br />J.
