.Theodore Kannow, Deceased.)
Now on this 25th day df September, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report)
of the executrix of the last. will of Theodore Kannow, deceased, notice having been given by publi-
cation as to the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement.
On consideration of the report and the evidence the court finds that account is correct and
ought to be approved; that the executrix has accounted for all bf:the estate which came into her
hands and that there remains no property in her hands for distribution.
The court finds that notice was given. to creditors of the time allowed and place appointed f
filing claims against said estate as required by law; that the time so a )lowed has fully expired;
that no claims were filed against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said estate, if
any such there be, are, therefore, forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Theodore Kannow, deceased, and that said
,estate
is
fully closed.
It
is,
further considered
and ad'udged by the court that the report of the executrix be and t
same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account.
The court finds that the said Theodore Kannow departed this life on the 22nd day of February,
1918, being at the time of his death a resident of Ball County, Nebraska, and that he left a last
will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to-probate in this court
on the 6th day of April, 1918, and recorded in this office.
The court finds that the said Theodore Kannow died seized in fee of the following described
real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit;
Lot Number Ten (10), in Block Number Five (5), in College Addition to West Lawn, an addition
to the City of Grand Island, and that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testa -
ment, a,ll of said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Theodore Kannow, to
'Lena Kannow, his widow, in fee.
It is therefore considered by the Court that all of the right title and interest of the said
Theodore K -nnow, deceased, in and to Lot 10 in Block 5, in College Addition to West Lawn, an al?di-
tion to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at his death,,by
virtue of the provisions of his last will and testament, to Lena Kannow, his widow, in fee simple.)
