The court finds that the said Wilhelm Stelck died seized in fee of the following described estate, to -wit; Lot One (1) on Mainland and Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section Fourteen (14), in Township Eleven (11), in Range Nine (9) and hot One (1) on 142ainland and West half of Northwest ,Quarter of Section Twenty -t' ^see (23),in Township Eleven (11),i.n Range Nine (9); Lots Two (2) and Three (3) on Mainland, Lot One (1) on Island and the east half of the north east Quarter of Sect io 23, in Township 11, in Range 9; All of Block Forty (40) of Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island; Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), in Block 29, of Wasmer's Addition to the City of Gran Island, all of which above mentioned and described real estate is situate in the County of Hall an 'State of Nebraska; The Northwest Quarter of Section Two (2), in Township Ten (10), in Range Eight (8), in Hamil- t on County, Nebraska; The Southeast Quarter of Section 17, in Township 16, in Range 9, in Howard County, Nebraska; Twenty acres in Section Twenty Four (24), in Township Twenty -two (22), in Range 34, in Bre- vard Co., Florida. The Court finds that in taking title to the above mentioned real property the name of the grantee, Wilhelm Stelck, was sometimes written Wilhelm Stelk. The court finds that under and by virtue of theprovisions of the last will and testament of the said Wilhelm Stelck, deceased, all of the right, title and interest of the testator in and to Sections 14 and 23, in Township 11, in Runge 9, in Hall County, Nebraska, and the Northwest Quarte of Section 2, in Township 10, in Range 8, in Hamilton County, Nebraska, did pass to and become the property of Pieta Stelck, widow of the testator, for the term of her natural life. The court finds that by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament, Detlef Stelck, son of the testator, is given the right, at the termination of the life estate of the wid ;to purchase Lot 1 on the Mainland, and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, and Lot 1 on the Mainland and the west one half of the Northwest Quarter in Section 23, all in Township 11, North, in P.anee 9 Test, in hall County. The court finds that under the will, Detlef Stelck, the executor, is given full pomer to exe- cute the necessary deeds for the transfer of the above described real estate, upon the receipt by Ihim of the full purchase price as fixed by the testator. The court finds that the S.E.1 of Section 17, in Township 16, in Range 9, in Howard County, :Nebraska, was under contract of sale to John Mattson, prior to the death of the testator, and that jthere is due on the purchase price the sum of x$+•5000.00. The court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament -all of Block Forty (40) and Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) Block Twenty -nine (29), all in Wasmer's Addition to :the City of Grand Island, in !Tall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Wilhelm Stelck, as well as the proceeds of the sale of all real estate owned by the testator, to 'the five children of said-testator, namely, William D.
