<br />I authorize and empower the executor of my estate, if my said children, Detlef Stelck, Otto
<br />Stelck and Anna Denker, or any of them, exercise the ri €ht to purchase real estate hereinbefore
<br />given, to deed to each of them, the land so designated upon payment to him, the full amount of the
<br />purchase price, and my said executor is hereby delegated the power of a trustee for such purpose.
<br />In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 31st day of December, 1917.

<br />County, do hereby certif, that on the 8th day of Llay, 1918, the instrument purporting to be the
<br />last will and testament of Wilhelm Stelck, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on
<br />the 8th day of May 1918, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Wilhelm
<br />Stelck, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court afozesaid.

<br />This cause came on to be heard this 9th day of October, 1918, upon the final report of Detlef
<br />Steick, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Wilhelm Stelck, deceased, it satisfactorily
<br />appearing to the court from the files that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased
<br />have been notified and have enured their voluntary appearance herein, waiving time and further no-
<br />tice, that no one has appeared to object to the allowance of said report and that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against the estate of said deceased have been paid and satisfied.
<br />On consideration of the report and the evidence the court finds that the executor has account
<br />ed for all of the estate of the testator which carne to his possession, has paid the funeral char
<br />ges, the expense of administration, the State and Federal Inheritance Tax, the cash legacy to Mari
<br />Stelck, and that there remains no personal property in his hands for distribution; that the report
<br />is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed.
<br />The Court finds that notice .vaggiven to all creditors of the said deceased of the time limite
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, as required by law and the order of
<br />court dated May 8, 1918; that the time so allowed has fully expired and that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid; that all claims outstanding against the estate o
<br />lhelm Stelck, deceased, if any such there are, are therefore forever barred and exr1buded:
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Detlef Stelck, executor, be and t
<br />!same hereby is approved and allowed in all respects.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred, ex-
<br />Icluded from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of Wilhelm Stelck, deceased.
