DFCFASFD.)
This cause came on to be heard this 9th day of October, 1918, upon the final report of Detlef
Steick, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Wilhelm Stelck, deceased, it satisfactorily
appearing to the court from the files that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased
have been notified and have enured their voluntary appearance herein, waiving time and further no-
tice, that no one has appeared to object to the allowance of said report and that all claims filed
and allowed against the estate of said deceased have been paid and satisfied.
On consideration of the report and the evidence the court finds that the executor has account
ed for all of the estate of the testator which carne to his possession, has paid the funeral char
ges, the expense of administration, the State and Federal Inheritance Tax, the cash legacy to Mari
Stelck, and that there remains no personal property in his hands for distribution; that the report
is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed.
The Court finds that notice .vaggiven to all creditors of the said deceased of the time limite
and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, as required by law and the order of
court dated May 8, 1918; that the time so allowed has fully expired and that all claims filed and
allowed against said estate have been fully paid; that all claims outstanding against the estate o
lhelm Stelck, deceased, if any such there are, are therefore forever barred and exr1buded:
It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Detlef Stelck, executor, be and t
!same hereby is approved and allowed in all respects.
It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred, ex-
Icluded from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of Wilhelm Stelck, deceased.
