Lange, <br />;Katherine Zimmer, his children, and Katherine Barrett, his grand-child, the remaining two thirds <br />part thereof in equal shares. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIPFRF..D AD,TUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT Henry Lange died on the 20t <br />day of July, 1914; that he was at the time of his death a resident of the State of California; tha <br />more than two years have elapsed since his death, and that no Administration has been had or applied <br />for in the State of Nebraska; that the said Henry Lange died intestate, and that he left surviving <br />him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, Katherina Lange, his widow, Maggie Roche, Tosep <br />B Lange, Mary P. Specht, John W. Lange, Herman Lange, Harry C. Lange, and Katherine Zimmer, his <br />children, and Katherine Barrett, a grand - daughter; THAT THE SAID henry Lange Was at the time of hi <br />death the owner of the following described real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of <br />Nebraska, to -wit <br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) also known as the Northwesterly quarter of Block Ten (10) in <br />Windolph's Addittion to the City of Grand Island, and it is considered that under the law <br />of descent of the State of Nebraska, the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and <br />descend, at the death of the said Henry Lange, intestate, in the manner following: <br />To Katherina Lange, one third part thereof; and <br />to Maggie Roche, Joseph B Lange, Mary P. Specht, John Vd. Lange, Herman Lange, Harry C. Lange, <br />Katherine Zimmer, and Katherine Barrett, the remaining two- thirds parts thereof, in equal shares. <br />It is further considered that all claims outstanding against the estate of Henry Lange, if <br />any such there be, are forever barred and excluded. <br />J. L. Cleary, Administrator of the estate of Katherina Lange, deceased, notice of settlement havinj <br />been duly published as required by law and the order of this Court, dated Burch 21st, 1918, and no <br />one having appeared to object to or protest against the allowance of said account. <br />On examination of the report the Court finds that the Administrator has received the sum of <br />X5 3.33, being rent of the sJ*re of Katherina Lange in real estate owned in part by the deceased at <br />the time of her death, and has paid out in costs of administration the said sum of 453.33, leaving <br />nothing in his hands belonging to said estate; that the report is correct in every respect and <br />:ought to be allowed. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CORTSIPFRFP BY T17 COU'1T that the report of J.
