Specht, heretofore filed, praying for a decree determining heirship, degree of kinship, <br />date of death of Henry Lange, deceased,and right of descent of real estate. <br />On consideration of the files and the records in this office, together with the testimony, <br />the Court finds that Henry Large departed this life in the state of California on the loth day of <br />July, 1914; that more than two years have elapsed since the date of his death and that no applica- <br />tion has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator for the estate <br />of said deceased; that the said Henry Lange died intestate; that said petition was filed in this <br />Court on the 21st day of July, 1916, and that upon the filing of said petition the Court fixed the <br />4th day of September, 1916, for hearing said petition, and notice of the time and place of said <br />hearing was given to all persons interested in said estate, both creditors and heirs,setting forth <br />the filing of said petition, date of the death of said deceased, his place of residence, the des- <br />cription of the real property of which he died seized, the interest in said real estate of the pe- <br />titioner and the prayer of the petition, and that such notice was published for three consecutive <br />weeks prior to the 4th day. of September, 1916, in the Grand Island Semi - weekly Independent. i <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Lange left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his on <br />irs at law, the following named persons: <br />Katherina Lange, iSacramento, California, his widow; <br />Maggie Roche, of Boulder,Colorado, his daughter; <br />Joseph B.Lange, of Sacramento, California, his son; <br />Mary P. Specht, of Sacramento, California, his daughter; <br />John W. Lange, of Sacramento, California, his son; <br />Herman Lange, of Sacramento, California, his son; <br />11arry C.Lange, of Yuba City, California, his son; <br />Katherine Zirra,er, of North Platte, Nebraska, his daughter; <br />and Katherine Barrett, of Loss Angeles, California, a grand daughter; <br />that all of the above mentioned heirs at law are more than twenty -one years of age. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Lange died seized in fee of the following described real <br />estate, situate in the County of Hall, anld State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) also known as the Northwesterly quarter of Block Ter. (10) of <br />Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island. <br />Che Court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the right, title, <br />interest of Henry Lange in Lots Three 0-). and Four (4) also known as the North - westerly quarte <br />f Block Ten (10) in Windolph's Addition to the CitJ of Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska,did <br />and descend at the death of the said Henry Lange in the manner following: <br />0 Katherina.
