<br />Now, on this 26 day of September, 1918, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />of Hannah M. Partridge, Administratrix, and her petition for a final settlement of said estate,
<br />and it appearing from the files herein that due notice of the filing of said report has been ac-
<br />cepted in writing by all of the heirs at law of said deceased, and persons interested in said es- I
<br />tate. waiving time, publication and further notice thereof, and asking that said report be approve
<br />and the Court, upon examination thereof finds that said report is in all respects correct and
<br />should be allowed and approved as prayed.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice as required by law and the orders of this Court has
<br />.,
<br />`been given to all creditors and other persons having claims against said estate of the time and pla{ e
<br />for filing sane; that said time has expired, and that no claims have been filed against said es-
<br />tate, and that said Administratrix has personally paid all of the debts, including the funeral ex-
<br />penses and costs of administration, and makes no claim for reimbursement against said estate there
<br />for, and that all unfiled claims, if any there be, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Zelotes B. Partridge died intestate at his home in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on November12, 1917, that he left surviving him as his only heirs at law the fo
<br />owing named persons.: Hannah M. Partridge, his widow, and Guy E. Partridge, Everett Partridge,
<br />Will G. Partridge, and Arthur C. Partridge, his sons, all of whom are more than twenty -one years
<br />of age; that he died seized of Fractional Lot 5 and Lot 6 in Block 144 of the Union Pacific Rail-
<br />. ,
<br />:vay Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot 6 in Bloc
<br />29 of Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, same compris-
<br />ing two town lots, which were the homestead of the said deceased and of his surviving widow, Han -
<br />nah M. Partridge; also lots 7 and 8 in Block 3 of Robinson's Addition to the Village of Cairo,Halll,

<br />County, Nebraska; that upon his leath said homestead property above described passed and descended
<br />said Hannah M. Partridge for and during her natural life under j
<br />to the Athe homestead laws of the state of Nebraska, and that she inherited as an heir of said de -1
<br />ceased a one -third interest in fee in all of said above described real estate, the remaining two -
<br />thirds in fee, subject to said homestead rights, descending in equal shares to his said sons abovel
<br />named.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT AD?UDGED, rJFCRFED AND CONSIDERED that the final report of said)
<br />Administratrix be and the same is in all things approved and confirmed;
<br />that all debts and claims fbf
<br />said estate not filed against same in this court, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded;
<br />that the above described real estate passed and descended as provided by the laws of descent of t
<br />State of Nebraska., one -third to said Hannah M. Partridge and the remaining two - thirds in equal
<br />shares to said Guy E.Partridge, Everett Purtridge, Will G.Partridge, and Arthur C.Partridge, the
<br />sons of said deceased, subject to the homestead rights of said Hannah M. Partridge as above found,
<br />and as provided by the laws of Nebraska; that said estate is hereby closed, said Administratrix
