<br />i Now on this 28th day of September; 1918, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />i
<br />11of George W. Lawell, Administrator of the estate of Julia E. Lawell, deceased, notice having been
<br />given to all persons interested by publication as required by law and the order of court.
<br />On consideration of the report and the evidence the court finds that said report is correct i
<br />all respects and ought to be allowed, and that there is no personal property in the hands of the
<br />administrator for distribution.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of said administrator be and the s
<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />The court finds that said administrator gave notice to all creditors of the time limited and
<br />place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, as required by law; that t
<br />time allowed f cr filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said e
<br />tate have been fully settled and satisfied, and that all claims outstanding against said estate,
<br />if such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred fr
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said deceased and that said es-
<br />tate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that said Julia E. Lawell doparted this life on the 26th day of June, 1917,
<br />being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died intestate.
<br />The court finds that the said Julia E. Lawell was at the time of her death the owner in fee
<br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to wit
<br />Lots numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8),
<br />Nine (9) and Ten (10), in Block Number One (1), in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island
<br />The court finds that the said Julia E. Lawell, deceased, left surviving her as her heirs at
<br />law and her only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />GEORGE W.LAWELL, her husband, 2E,GINA F.HILL, JULIA E.HILL, ORA SCHULTZ AND MYRTLE A. HUFFMAN,
<br />her daughters, and JOHN R.LAWELL, OLIVER G.LATELL AND ASRL AMERION LATELL. her sons, and that un-
<br />der and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the above mentioned and
<br />described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Julia E. Lawell, intestate, tc
<br />the above named heirs in the manner following:
<br />To George W. Lawe 11, her husband, one third part thereof in fee; to Regina F. Hi 11, Julia E. Hi
<br />Ora Schultz, Myrtle A. Huffman, John R. Lawell, Oliver G. .Lawell,and Asel Amerion Lawell, her chi
<br />dren, two - thirds part thereof in equal shares, subject to the homestead rights of George W.Lawelll
<br />her husband, in and to said real estate.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10,in Block 11
<br />in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska did pass and descend
<br />at the death of Julia E. Lawell, intestate, in the manner following:
