Wilhelm Steinke, Deceased. <br />Final Decree. <br />Now on this 16th day of September, 1918, this cause came before the court for hearing upon <br />final report of the executrix of said estate, and it appearing to the court, that due and legal <br />11notice has been given to all persons interested by publication in the Shelton Clipper, a news -gape <br />published and of general circulation in Buffalo County, Nebraska, and that no objections have been <br />IS <br />filed hereto. Present in Court Apolonia Steinke and Emil Bahr in person. <br />The Court finds that the said F. Wilhelm Steinke, died in Buffalo County, Nebraska, on the <br />19th day of December, 1917, then being a resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska, that he left a cer- <br />,jtain instrument, which after due and legal notice has been allowed as his last will and testament, <br />Iamd has been proven and recorded in this court. <br />That Apolonia Steinke, was thereupon duly appointed ad executrix of said will, and qualified <br />and entered upon her duties as such executrix, and made an inventory of said estate. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all creditors of said estate to file their claims <br />and present the same for allowance. That the time has expired, and all claims presented to the <br />executrix have been paid, and there are no claims on file, other than the expenses of administra- <br />tion. <br />That all claims that have not been filed are barred by the Statute from in any manner parti- <br />11cipating in said estate, or the assets thereof. <br />That the said F. Wilhelm Steinke, left as his sole and only heirs at law, his widow, Apolonia <br />;Steinke, and his daughter Anna Dahms, both of full legal age, and no others, and named Emil Bahr, <br />o full legal age as one of the devisees and legatees under his will. <br />That the said F. Wilhelm Steinke, died seized and possessed of certain personal property, as <br />i <br />shown ley the inventory filed herein, to- wit$5200.00 in cash. That he also died seized of the title <br />H n fee to the Southeast quarter of Section Thirteen (13) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Thir, <br />;teen (13) West of the sixth principal meridian in Buffalo County, Nebraska, and of the West half <br />of the Northwest quarter of section twelve (12) in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), <br />est of the sixth principal meridian in Hall County, Nebraska. The same constituing his entire es -, <br />hate. That the land described in his will as the west half and the southeast quarter of section <br />i <br />ln� neteen (19) in township eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) nest of the sixth P.M. in Hall Coun, <br />ty, Nebraska. was disposed of by him during his life time so that the same was not a part of his es, <br />It ate , and does not pass by his will. <br />And the court being fully advised, find that under the terms of the will that the Southeast <br />rter of Section Thirteen (13) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the <br />ixth principal meridian in Buffalo County, Nebraska, passes to Emil Bahr, devisee under the wi11, <br />ubjeet to a life estate of Apolonia Steinke, during her life time, and that the personal estate, <br />
