<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:
<br />I. F.Wilhelm Steinkie of Shelton in the County of Buffalo and State of Nebraska, being of so
<br />mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and tra.ncitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament:
<br />First, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named pay all my just debts, and fun
<br />feral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />Second, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, , devise and bequeath unt
<br />Emil Bahr my Stepson, the West half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
<br />Nineteen X19), Township Eleven (11'), Range Twelve (12), Vest of the Sixth Principal Meridian, all
<br />of which is in Hall County.
<br />!Also the Southeast quarter of Section Thirteen '(13), Township Eleven (11), Range Thirteen (13),
<br />'west of the Sixth Principal Meridian, all of which is in Buffalo County.
<br />I also give unto Emil Bahr all the personal property and any money that I may have at the time of
<br />my deceased; as follows, to -wit:
<br />The said Emil Bahr is to give unto Apolonia Steinkie my wife, a life lease on all the above
<br />;described real estate as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />It is also my will that Apolonia Steinkie hate charge and custody over my personal property
<br />and money during her life, and after which time all my property of whatever nature diverts unto
<br />:Emil Bahr as aforesaid. I also direct and request that said Emil Bahr after the death of Apolonia
<br />Steinkie to pay unto Anna Dahms my daughter, should she still be alive, the sum of One Thousand
<br />:Dollars.
<br />Lastly, I make, constitute and appoint Apolonia Steinkie, my rife, to be executrix of this my
<br />,last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 17th day of
<br />February in the year of our Lord One Thousand nine Hundred Thirteen.
