Nay, deceased, and that said es- <br />tate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Colman W. Nay departed this life on the 7th day of March, 1918, <br />and that he was at the t me of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska{ that he left a last <br />will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this c ourtl <br />on the 16th day of Yarch, 1918, and entered of record. <br />The court further finds that the said Colman W.
