<br />be and the same hereby, is approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />It is further considered that all persons are forever barred, precluded and estopped fromfi1ml,
<br />-setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Colman W. Nay, deceased, and that said es-
<br />tate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Colman W. Nay departed this life on the 7th day of March, 1918,
<br />and that he was at the t me of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska{ that he left a last
<br />will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this c ourtl
<br />on the 16th day of Yarch, 1918, and entered of record.
<br />The court further finds that the said Colman W. Nay was at the time of his death seized in fe�
<br />simple of the following described reu.l estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Lumber Three (�), in Block Number Seven (7), Arnold Place Addition to the Cit,y� of Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded;
<br />The North half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N.J of S.W.4 of S.V% ),of
<br />Section. Twenty -five (25 ),Township Thirty -six (36),Range Fourteen (14),East W.M.Kl.arnmath County,
<br />Oregon; Lot Number Twenty (20) , in Block One Hundred Twenty-seven (127) , in Oregon Valley
<br />Addition to Lakeview, in Luke County, Oregon, as shown by the recorded plats thereof.
<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the terms wnd provisions of the Last Will and Testamenj
<br />if the said Colman W.Nay, deceased, all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass
<br />and descend at the death cfthe said testator to Julia Nay,his widow, in absolute title.
