<br />to the court, fron, the proof, the files and the records, that Julia Nay, Coleman W. Nay, John W.
<br />, Mary A. Nay, Julia E. Guendel and Mabel G. Nay are the heirs at law, and the only heirs at
<br />law, of Colman W. Nay, deceased, and that they have entered their voluntary appearance herein,
<br />waived time and further notice of final settlement of the estate of said deceased, and it further
<br />appearing that all debts filed against said estate have been paid and satisfied, this cause came
<br />on for hearing upon the final report of Julia. Nay, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of sail
<br />Colman Wt. Nay.
<br />After a full examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects
