<br />ty (30) in Township Eleven (11) in Range Twelve (12) and the South half of the North west Quarter
<br />(NWi) and the North West Quarter (Nm'J) of the South West Quarter (SWJ) of Section Thirty Three (33
<br />in Tdwnwhip Eleven (11) in Range Twelve (12) all in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend
<br />after the death of Walter C. Dubbs, deceased, in the manner following:
<br />To his widow, Lillie F. Dubbs, one third Fart thereof;
<br />and to.his sons, William E. Dubbs, and Walter W. Dubbs, the remaining two thirds part there -1
<br />of, in equal shares, subect only to the homestead rights of the said Lillie F. Dubbs, in and to
<br />the above described real estate.

<br />I. Colman n'. Nay of Grand Island Hall County, Nebraska being of sound mind and disposing mem-
<br />ory. thanks to Almighty God for same, and being mindful of the uncertainty of this mortal life do
<br />make publish and declare this niy last Will and Testament in the maner &nd form following:
<br />First.
<br />It is my wish and I direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses, the expense of my
<br />last sickness and the cost of administering my Estate shall be first paid by my executrix.
<br />Second.
<br />I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Wife Julia Nay all of my personal property of every
<br />,kind and description includinL.: notes payable to me and all mortgages which may be due me, also all
<br />;money which I have in the banks or otherwise also all of the household furniture and all other per
<br />sonal property of which I may die possessed.
<br />Third.
<br />I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Wife, Julia. Nay, all of the real estate which I now
<br />own or of which I may become possessed hereafter and wherever situated the same to belong to her
<br />absolutely and forever, it being my intention to give to my beloved Fife Julia Nay all of my per-
<br />sonal property and real estate without any restrictions whatsoever.
<br />Fourth.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved fife Julia Nay as executrix of this my last Will and
