,FINAL DECREE:
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, ITURASKA.
In the matter of the Estate of)
F I N A L DE CREE.
Walter C. Dubbs, deceased.)
Now on this 5th day of January, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report o
Lillie F. Dubbs, Administratrix of the estate of Walter C. Dubbs, deceased, it appearing to the
,satisfaction of the Court that notice of the filing of the said report and the time and place fix
for the hearing thereon has been given to all persons interested by publication thereof for one
week prior to the 5th day of January, 1918, in the Grand Island Seri- weekly Independent, a legal
newspaper.
On consideration of the report, the files and the evidence the Court finds that said report
is correct in all respects, and ought to be app) roved, that the Administratrix has accounted for all
of the estate of said deceased which came into her possession and that there remains in her hands
Ino money or other property belonging to said estate.
The Court finds that creditors of the said Walter C. Dubbs, deceased, were allowed six months
'from the 25th day of June, 1917, in which to file their claims in the office of the County Judge o
Hall County, Nebraska; that notice of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims was
?given to all persons interested by publication of such notice for four successive weeks in the man
f
finer required by law; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims
!filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied, and that all claims outstandin
against the said Walter C. Dubbs, deceased and not so filed and within the time limited for filing
;claims, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore considered by the Court that the report of Lillie F. Dubbs, Administratrix
jof the Estate of Walter C. Dubbs, deceased, be and the same hereby is, approved and allowed as
i
•
;for her final account.
It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred and precluded from
!filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Walter C. Dubbs, deceased, and that
;said estate is fully settled and closed.
The Court finds that the said Walter C. Dubbs departed this life on the 19th day of April,19117,
'being at the time of his death an inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate,
Ileaving surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the following named persons,
I
Ito -wit: Lillie F. Dubbs, his widow, and William E. Dubbs and Walter W. Dubbs, his sons, and that
Lillie F. Dubbs is the mother of all of said children of Walter C. Dubbs, deceased.
The Court finds that the said Walter C. Dubbs was at the time of his death the owner in fee
jof the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit
the South one half (Sj) of the North West Quarter (NWI) and the North West Quarter (NW+) of the
South West Quarter (SVI) of Section Thirty -three (33) of Township Eleven (11) in Range Twelve (12)
i and the North Fast Quarter (NEI) of Section Thirty ( 30 ) in Township Eleven (11) in Range Twelve (1 ).
The Court finds that under the law of descent in. the State of Nebraska, all of the ab are men
