<br />Now on this 13thda.y of July, 1918, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of
<br />Catherine Donigan, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Edward Donigan, deceased.
<br />Ori consideration of the report, the files and the testimony the Court finds that notice has
<br />ibeen given by publication to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased of the filing
<br />of said report and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon, as required by law and the
<br />( otder of this Court dated July lst, 1918, and that the Court has jurisdiction in the premises.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has received from all sources the sum of $2404.85
<br />land has paid out and expended insatisfaction of debts, funeral expenses, expense of the last sick-
<br />mess, and costs of administration,, the sum of $2631.25, leaving a balance Of $226.40, due the
<br />Executrix; that there remains no money or other property in the hands of the Executrix for distri-
<br />bution; and that the report is correct in every respect and ought to be approved and allowed.
<br />The Court finds _that creditors of the said Edward Donigan, deceased, were by order of Court
<br />(dated May 5th, 1917, allowed six months from and after the 4th day of June, 1917, in which to file
<br />,their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska; that notice was given to
<br />,all persons interested as to the time allowed and place designated for filing claims against the
<br />!estate of said deceased; that the time so limited for filing claims has long since expired; that
<br />all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid, and that all claims now outstand-
<br />ing against estate, if any such there are are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred, excluded and pre
<br />joluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Edward Donigan, de-
<br />,ceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />I It IS FURTHER CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the Executrix be, and the same here
<br />i
<br />jis, approved and allowed, and in all_ things ratified, as and for her final account, and she is
<br />(discharged of her trust.
<br />The Court finds that the said Edward Donigan departed this life on the 3rd day of April, 1917
<br />;and that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left a last
<br />1will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed, admitted to probate, and entered of
<br />Irecord in this office on the 5th day of May, 1917.
<br />The Court finds that the said Edward Donigan died seized in fee simple of the following des-
<br />Icribed real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the North East Quarter (S' NEJ) and the North Half of the South East Quarte
<br />(Nj SEJ) all in Section Fourteen (14), in Township Eleven (11) in Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P�M.
<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament of
<br />the said Edward Donigan, deceased, all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass
<br />and descend at the death of the testator to Catherine Donigan, his widow, in absolute title.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED PND DECREED that all of the right, title,
<br />and interest of Edward Donigan in and to the South Half of the North East Quarter (S-9' NEI) and the
<br />North Half of the South East Quarter (NJ SEJ) in Section Fourteen. (14) in Township Eleven (11) in
<br />Range Ten (10) west of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of
<br />the said Edward Donigan, under the provisions of his last will and testament, to Catherine Donigan
<br />his Vidow, in fee simple.

<br />I, Edgard Donigan, of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following:
