<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred, precluded
<br />and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John Thomssen,
<br />deceased, and said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said John Thomssen departed this life on the 27th day of June, 1917,
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will
<br />and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to prob6t,e in this Court on
<br />the 21st day of July, 1917,
<br />The Court finds that the said John Thomssen died seized of the South East Quarter (SRI) of the
<br />North East Quarter (NEI) and the East Half of the South East Quarter (SRI) of Section Three (3)
<br />in Township Ten (10) in Range Ten (10) in Hall County, Nebraska; the South Half of the South West
<br />Quarter (SWI) of the North West Quarter (NWI), the South Half of the South East Quarter (SE *) of t
<br />North West Quarter (NWJ), the North Half of the South West Quarter (SWI), the South Half of the
<br />North West Quarter (NWJ) of the North West Quarter (NW--+). the North Half of the South Half of the
<br />North West Quarter (NWI), the North East Quarter (NEI) of the North West Quarter Omf), the West
<br />Half (WJ) of the North East Quarter (NEI), the North West Quarter (NWI) of the South East Quarter
<br />(SRI), and the South West Quarter (SWI) of the South East Quarter (SE -f), all in Section Two (2) in
<br />Township Ten (10) in Range Ten (10) in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />the North East Quarter (NEI) of the North West Quarter (NWI), and the South East Quarter (SRI) of
<br />the North West Quarter (NWJ), less a piece or parcel commencing on the North West corner of the
<br />South East Quarter (SE-J) of said North West Quarter (EVI), thence east Twenty (20) rods, thence
<br />South Eighty (80) rods, thence west Twenty (20) rods, and thence North Eighty (80) rods to the
<br />place of beginning, and containing Ten (10) acres, leaving for said last mentioned South Bast
<br />Quarter (SE -f) of the North West Quarter (NWI), the East Thirty Acres, be the same more or less,
<br />the West Half (W *) of the North East Quarter (NEI). the North West Quarter (NWI) of the South East
<br />Quarter (SEI), and a tract of land described as follows;
<br />commencing at the North Fast corner of the North East Quarter (NEI) of the South West Quarter (SWJ
<br />thence running nest Twenty (20) rods, thence South Eighty (80) rods, thence East Twenty (20) rods,
<br />thence North Eighty (80) rods, to the place of beginning, containing Ten (10) acres, and the South
<br />West Quarter (SWJ) of the South East Quarter (8E+), all in Section Three (3) in Township Ten (10)
<br />in Range Ten (10), West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska..
<br />he Court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament all of the above mention
<br />led and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said John Thomssen to Anna
<br />homesen, his widow, for her use and benefit during the term of her natural life.
<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of last will and testament the South
<br />East Quarter (SRI) of the North East Quarter (NE), and the East Half (B*) of the South East Quarte
<br />(SEI) of Section Number Three (3), and the South Half (sJ) of the South West Quarter (SWI), of the
<br />orth West Quarter (NWJ), and the South Half (S') of the South East Quarter (SRI) of the North Wes
<br />Quarter (NWJ), and the North Half (NJ) of the South West Quarter (SWf) of Section Number Two (2),
<br />11 in Township Number Ten (10), North, of Range No.Ten (10) West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County
<br />Nebraska. did pass and descend at the death of the testator to Fred Thomssen, his son, and his
<br />heirs forever, subject to the life estate of the said Anna Thomssen, in and to said real estate.
