I <br />Register of Deeds E <br />"WI & DECREE: �- <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Matter of the Estate } <br />} <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />'John Thomssen, deceased. } <br />Now on this 28th day of June, 1.918, this cauge came on for hearing <br />upon the final report of Fred Thomssen, Executor of the last will and testament of John Thomssen, <br />deceased, it appearing to the Court that Anna Thomssen, widow of said deceased, Fred Thomssen, <br />'Wilhelm Thomssen, Emma Schultz and John Thomssen, his children. are the only persons interested <br />in his estate, and that they have entered their voluntary appearance herein and waived notice of <br />,final settlement. <br />On consideration of said report the Court finds that the same is correct and <br />!to be approved; that the executor has accounted for all of the-property which came into his hands, <br />has paid the expenses of administration, and all debts allowed against the estate, and has distrit <br />the remainder among the legatees in the manner required by the terms of the last will and testame <br />of said John Thomssen, deceased. <br />'The Court finds that by order dated July 21st, 1917, creditors of the said John Thomssen, decease <br />;were allowed six months from the 20th day of August, 1917, in which to file their claims against <br />the estate of said deceased in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska; that notic <br />was given to all persons interested in the manner required by law of the time allowed and place <br />appointe d for filing claims against said deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has <br />?fu11y expired and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid; that all <br />claims outstanding against the estate, if any such exist, are therefore forever barred and exc1L <br />ed. <br />The Court finds that the Inheritance Tax assessed against the estate of John Thomssen, deceased, <br />both State and Federal Tax, has been paid. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the Executor, Fred Thomssen, be and t <br />ed <br />1 <br />F� <br />u <br />E <br />
