<br />Now, on this 20 day of Tuly, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of D.C.
<br />Gideon, heretofore filed herein, and the Court having examined the records and files and being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons in-
<br />iterested in said estate, of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said final report, as
<br />;heretofore ordered by the Court, and in the manner provided by law.
<br />And the Court, having examined said final report, and the vouchers filed by said Administrator,
<br />Ifinds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be allowed

<br />land approved as and for the final report of said Administrator; that said Administrator has fully
<br />,accounted for all money and property belonging to said estate, has paid the funeral expenses,
<br />costs of administration, and has made due distribution of the balance of the money and property
<br />(coming into his possession,,among the heirs of the said Oliver P.Gideon, deceased, and that there
<br />,remains nothing in his possession belonging to said estate and that said estate should be closed,
<br />land said Administator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Oliver P.Gideon died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />;the 20th day of Tanuary., 1918, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant
<br />i
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left no widow surviving him, and that he left surviving him as
<br />his heirs at law and his sole and only heirs at law, the following named persons: Cassius A.
<br />,Gideon, a son, of lawful age; Henry C.Gideon, a son, of lawful age; Other A. Gideon, a son, of
<br />;lawful age, Bertha A.Sanger, a daughter, of lawful age, and Annie B.Creason, a daughter, of law -
<br />i
<br />ful age, and that said Oliver P.Gideon died seized of an estate, both real and personal, in Hall
<br />i
<br />County. Nebraska, to be administered upon.
<br />,The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in
<br />jsaid estate, of the time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate, and that the time
<br />so fixed has long since expired; that all claims filed against said estate have been fully paid,
<br />land that any and all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not
<br />{
<br />(filed, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claim or claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />;The Court further finds that the said Oliver P.Gideon died seized as the owner in fee simple of
<br />I
<br />;the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />IThe south half of the southeast quarter of Section Eighteen (18) in Township Nine (9), North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the Sixth P.E., subject, however, to a written contract of sale entered
<br />into by the said Oliver P.Gideon, during his lifetime, with one J.H.Gerdes, and that upon the
<br />,death of the said Oliver P.Gideon, the title to said real estate did pass and descend by operat-
<br />i
<br />°.ion of law to the said Cassius A.Gideon, Henry C.Gideon, Otha A.Gideon, Bertha A.Sanger, and
<br />Annie B.Creason, by absolute title, share and share alike, subject only to said written contract
<br />iof sale with the said J.H.Gerdes, and the Court further finds that the said heirs at law of the
<br />said Oliver P.Gideon have executed said written contract of sale in
<br />pursuance.ao the terms of said
<br />;contract.
<br />JT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said D.C.
<br />(Gideon, Administrator of the estate of the said Oliver P.Gideon, deceased, be and the same here -
<br />jby is in all things allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administrator, said
<br />,Administrator is discharged, his bond released, and said estate settled and closed.
<br />1IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND IRCREED that all persons having claims against the estate of
<br />!the said Oliver P.Gideon, if any such there be, and not filed within the time fixed by the Court,
<br />are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting y&p or asserting any such claims against
<br />
