<br />The Court further finds that most of the property* belonging to said trust estate and not heretofore
<br />disposed of is leased to various parties and that rent therefore is becoming due and payable from
<br />time to time; that at the time of the death of said Charles M.Porter, he had in his hands, as
<br />!trustee, under the Will of Irving A.Porter, deceased, certain moneys collected by him during his
<br />`lifetime, on account of rents for various parts and parcels of said real estate, and as payments
<br />on account of the purchase price of various other pieces of said real estate; that a portion at
<br />least of such moneys were deposited by him with the Oak Park Trust & Savings Bank, Oak Park, Ill -
<br />inois; that he had in his possession certain abstracts of title, deeds, contracts, documents and
