<br />The Court further finds that the last "rill and Testament of said Irving A.Porter, deceased, was
<br />proved and admitted to record in open court in the ProbEAe Court of Cook County, Illinois, on t
<br />23rd day of July, A.D.1907; that letters testamentary thereon were issued to Charles X.Porter;
<br />that said executor filed a complete inventory of the real and personal estate of said deceased in
<br />the Probate Court of Cook County, which was on the 24th day of September, 1907, duly approved by
<br />the Court; that on the 2bth day of November, 1908, said e ecutor filed his final account in said
<br />estate, which was approved by said Probate Court and that he was discharged as such executor.
<br />The Court further finds that among other provisions, devises and bequests, in said Will contained,'
<br />appeared the following:- "I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Jennie M.Porter, the
<br />full amount of my estate to which she would be entitled at my decease in case I made no will; and
<br />also and in addition thereto, I give to my said wife the following described real estate, to -tit:
<br />Lot ten (10) in Block one (1), in Steele's Addition to River Forest, in Section 11,To-wrlship 39
<br />'North, Range 12, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, situated in the Village of River Forest, Co
<br />of Cook and State of Illinois, to hold, manage and receive the rents and income thereof, for her
<br />own use, during her natural life, and the remainder I give, and devise to my heirs forever.
<br />"Igive, devise and bequeath to my children William B.Porter, Milo I.Porter, George H.Porter,
<br />Charles M.Porter, Sarah M.Curtis, Clara J.Atkins, Eleanor B.Crook, and to the children of my de
<br />ceased son, Ashbel J.Porter, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every kind, cha
<br />aster or description, to be divided equally between them, excepting that the children of my said
