<br />upon the answer of Milo I.

<br />Ashbel Porter, Earl Porter, Harriet E.Porter. individually and as executrix of the last Will and
<br />Tes uzient of Charles M.Porter, deceased, Sarah H.Porter, Mabel C.Porter, Dorothy E.Porter, Irving
<br />D.Porter, executor of the last Will and Testament of Charles M.Porter. deceased, and Ella M.Iia,mm-
<br />erschmidt, by George F.Nelson, their solicitor, the answer of Ruth Porter, infant defendant, by
<br />George F.Nelson, her guardian ad litem, arid upon the replication of the complainants to said ans-
<br />wers, and upon said bill taken as confessed against George H.Porter, upon the testimony of witnese
<br />es who were duly sworn and who testified in open court, and upon the exhibits and proofs and arg-
<br />uments of counsel for the respective parties and of the said guardian ad litem for said minor de-
<br />fendant, Ruth Porter, and the court being fully advised in the premises doth find that it has
<br />jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties to this suit; that all the material allegat-
<br />ions in said bill of complaint contained are proved and are true; that the equities of the cause
<br />are with the complainants and that they are entitled to the relief as prayed in their bill of
<br />comylalptk The Co4rt further finds that on or about the 4th day of June, 1907, Irving A.Porter
<br />died testate, the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate, to -wit: -
<br />Blocks one (1), two (2) and three (3), Lot orne (1) in Mock four (4), Lots four (4), five (5),
<br />bix (6), seven (7), twenty -five (25), twenty -six (26), the North half of Lot twenty -eight (28)
<br />and all of Lot twenty -nine (29), Lots fourteen (i4), fifteen (15), nineteen (19), twenty (20),
<br />twenty -one (21), twenty -two (22), twenty -three (23), tryent -four (24) and the South twenty -five
<br />(25) feet of Lot twenty -eight (28), all in Block four (4) in Hillside, a subdivision of part of tY
<br />East thirteen hundred and twenty -three (1323) feet lying South of the Railroad, in the Northeast
<br />quarter of Section eighteen (18). Township thirty -nine (39) North, Range twelve (12), East of the
<br />Third Principal Iiieridian in Cook County, Illinois.
<br />That part of the Southeast quarter of Section seven (7). Township thirty -nine (39) North, Range
<br />twelve (12), East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. South of the Indian
<br />Boundary Line and South of Butterfield Road.
