<br />It is further considered that said Estate is fully settled and all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing any claims or demands against the same.

<br />Itition of Ervin W.Sanboxn, administrator of said estate, for final settlement and distribution and
<br />Ofor his discharge as administrator, and the evidence and was submitted to the Courts
<br />ON CONSIDERATION V'HERFOF the Court finds that notice of said hearing has been duly waived in writ-
<br />ing by all the heirs and persons interested in said estate. That said Charles S.Sanborn, deceased,
<br />ideparted this life intestate at his home in Adams County, Nebraska, on the 11th day of December,
<br />1917. That he was a resident of and domiciled in said Adams County, Nebraska. That on the 12th day
