<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HAIL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Now on this 23rd day of May 1904, this cause came on for hearing upon the account
<br />of Albert Conn, Administrator of the Estate of Hannah Plummer, deceased, and it satisfactorily
<br />appearing to me from the proof on file, that notice has been given to all persons interested as
<br />,provided by law, and no person appearing to object, and after a full examination of said account
<br />I find that the same is true and correct in all respects and ought to be allowed as and for his
<br />final account.
<br />The Court finds that the time allowed creditors for filing claims against said es-
<br />tate was six months from the 7th day of September A.D.,1903; that due and legal notice was given
<br />all persons of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims; that said time has fully
<br />t�u
<br />expired and that no claims or demands of any nature were filed; thatAsaid Administartor has in his,
<br />possession belonging to said Estate after paying the costs of Administration, the sum of $1666.05
<br />for distribution; that George W.Plummer, one of the heirs of said Estate is indebted to said es-
<br />tate on note in the sum of $246.00, principal and interest, that Charles Plummer, an heir, is in-
<br />debted to said estate in the sum of $118.10, principal and interest.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Hannah Plummer left her surviving as her heirs at law,
<br />and her only heirs at law, the following named persons: George W.Plummer, her son. Elizabeth St
<br />Jane Conn, and Sarah Senseney, her daughters, Charles Plummer, her son, and Ira O.Plummer, 011ie
<br />Van Horn, Hannah Ferguson, and Grace Plummer, her grand - children, children of James Plummer, a s
<br />deceased.
<br />It is therefore ordered that said Administrator distribute the said money in his posses
<br />ion among said heirs as follows:
<br />To George Plummer, $338.36, less $246., his debt, $92.36 To Charles Plummer, $338.36, less, 118.1gj,
<br />his debt, $220.26.
<br />To Elizabeth Stone, $338.36.
<br />To Jane Conn, $338.36.
<br />To Sarah Senseney, $338.36.
<br />To Ira O.Plummer, $87.59.
<br />To 011ie Van Horn, $87.59.
<br />To Hannah Ferguson, $87.59.
<br />To Grace Plummer. $87.59.
<br />The Court finds further that the said Hannah Plummer was at the
<br />time of her death the owner of the following described real estatehin the County of Hall and Stat
<br />of Nebraska, to -wit: Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Twenty-seven (27), in the original Town
<br />of Wood River, and that under the laws of the State of Nebraska., the said real estate did pass a
<br />';descend at her death to the said heirs, in six equal shares and in absolute title as follows:
