<br />my estate not hereinbef ore, disposed of, to be divided between them equally, share and share alike.
<br />Item Six.
<br />In the event that either of my said children should die before arriving at majority, and
<br />!without issue, the share devised to said child to be divided among the rest of the children, share
<br />land share alike.
<br />Item Seven.
<br />I do hereby make, constitute, and appoint my wife Sophia F. Schuller, guardian of the per-
<br />sons and estatesof my said children, and do hereby authorize and empower her to collect all rents,
<br />'interest, income and profits from the estate so devised to my said children; to pay all taxes ther�_-
<br />,on, and make all necessary and proper repairs thereto, she to be the ,fudge as to the necessity or
<br />!propriety of such repairs, and the rest and residue of the income to be used for the support, edu-
<br />Ication and maintenance of my said children.
<br />It is my wish also that none.--of the property devised to my said children be given to them
<br />!until the youngest shall have attained its majority; and that in the event that any of the childre
<br />,should die leaving children them surviving. that the surviving child or children of such deceased
<br />child should inherit the estate of its father or mother. It is my will however that in the event
<br />of the marriage, or other necessity, the guardian may advance to either, not exceeding Five Hund-
<br />red ($500.00) Dollars, to be deducted from its share on final distribution.
<br />Item Eight.
<br />I hereby make, constitute and appoint my wife Sophia F. Schuller, Executrix of this, my last
<br />Iwill.and testament, and request that she be not required to execute any bond as such Executrix;
<br />Item Nine.
<br />I do hereby revoke and annul all former wills by me made.
<br />IX TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, John D. Schuller, the Testator have hereunto set my hand this 14"
<br />day of July A.D.1891. This will consisting of three pages of the type - written paper, written upon
<br />lone side only.
