<br />I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for
<br />'Reuben P. McCutchan, deceased
<br />said County, do hereby certify that on the 5th day of
<br />`November, 1917, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Reuben P.McCutchan,
<br />;deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 4th day of December 1917, said instru -1
<br />went to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will
<br />and testament of the real personal estate of said Reuben P. McCutehan, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaidq

<br />of the estate of Reuben P. McCutchan, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in
<br />;said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original recor
<br />'that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Courtl
<br />;has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal. custodian of
<br />said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of
<br />law.

<br />W s. I, John D. Schuller, of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />;memory, but mindful of the uncertainty of human life, do make, publish, and declare this my last
<br />will and testament, that is to say:-
<br />Item First.
<br />It is my will and wish that all of my just debts should be first paid, satisfied and discharge
<br />Item Second.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Sophia F. Schuller all the following described real e
<br />tate situate in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to -wit : - The. North East Quarter and the
<br />East half of the South East Quarter of Section. Twenty Two (22), in Township Fleven (11) North of
<br />.Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, it being my homefarm.
<br />Item Three."
<br />I also give, devise and bequeath unto my said wife SoR4;fa F. Schuller all of the horses, cat -
<br />tle, farming implements, household furniture, and all other personal property, goods, chattels, on
<br />the farm, or used in connection therewith at the time of my decease.
