<br />2nd. - I find that due notice as required by law, has been given to all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, to present them to this Court within three months frcm the 30th day of Decem-
<br />�ber, 1917, by publication in the Semi - Weekly Independent, a paper published at Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; that no claims have been filed, and that said time so fixed has long since ex-
<br />pired; that the report of said Executrix is correct; and that all costs in this matter have been
<br />fully paid.
<br />3rd. - I find that all property, both real and personal, of which the said deceased died pos-
<br />Isessed, was given, devised and bequeathed, by the said Reuben P. McCutchan, to his wife, said
<br />!Amanda C. McCutchan, by his said Will.
<br />4th. - I further find that he left household goods, furniture, fixtures, books and other per-
<br />sonal property, in and about his late residence, of the value of about Four Hundred ($400.00) Dol-
<br />!lass, and that said Executrix, as such, has delivered the same to herself as owner thereof, under
<br />!said Will.
<br />5th. - I further find that the said Reuben P. McCutchan died seized of the following describ
<br />led real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, viz: Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Thirty-
<br />!nine (39) in Packer & Barr's Second Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />6th. - Z further find that said Amanda C. McCutchan is the widow of said Reuben P.McCutchan.
<br />It is therefore by me, duly ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the said Executrix be, and is
<br />thereby discharged of her said trust, and that said estate is forever settled, and all persons are
<br />forever barred from filing or setting up any claim, claims or demands of any kind whatsoever, agai�-
<br />ist said estate.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the title and possession to all personal
<br />property of whatsoever kind or nature of which the said Testator died possessed, together with all
<br />Ireal estate wherever located, and particularly Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Thirty =nine (39)
<br />din Packer & Barr's Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, descended absolutely,
<br />!under said Pill, to his above named widow, Amanda C. McCutchan.

<br />I, Reuben P. McCutchan, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and mem-
<br />ory and in the full possession of all my mental faculties, but realizing the uncertainty of life,
<br />ado make, declare and publish this, my Last Will and Testament.
<br />First.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Amanda C. Mc.Cutchan, all my property both
<br />jReal and Personal of every kind whatever and where ever located.

<br />Second.
<br />I hereby appoint my said Wife, Amanda C. McCutchan, the sole Executrix of this Will, without
<br />Third.
<br />I declare that I have 3nade a Will or Testamant prior to this one.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I HAVE HEREUNTO set my hand to this my Last Will and Testament this
<br />;Eighteenth day of July, A.P.1903, at Grand Island, Nebraska, in the presence of Chas. G. Ryan and
<br />games H. Woolley.
