ANDERSON. <br />IN COUNTY COURT, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Fatter of the Estate of) <br />Before Hon.J.H.Muliin....County .Tudge. <br />Charles A.Anderson, Deceased.) <br />Now, on this 25th day of February A.D.1901, this matter came on for final hearing and settle- <br />nt upon the Report of Eli A. Barnes, Administrator, after due notice of said Final Hearing and <br />Settlement, in the manner provided by law. <br />And the Court finds that said Eli A. Barnes was duly appointed by the County Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, special administrator and also administrator of the estate of said deceased. <br />The Court further finds that said Charles A. Anderson_ died on the 25th day of November, A.D. <br />1890, and left surviving him Yary Anderson, his widow, Charles Alexander Harry Anderson, Lillie <br />Anderson, Emily Olive ..Anderson and Amil August Anderson, his children, his only heirs at law. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice by publication was given to creditors of <br />the time or times set for the presentment and ad,iustment of claims against said estate; that the <br />time for filing claims has expired and that all claims not filed are barred. <br />That of the real estate of which the deceased, Charles A. Anderson, died seized was lot num- <br />ber 8 in block No. 141 in the Union Pacific Railway Company's second addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and which the Court further finds was at the time of the death of <br />the said Charles A. Anderson, the residence and homestead of himself and the family of which he <br />head; that it was then of the value of $2000.00 and not more and was incumbered in the sum of <br />j. 1725.00. <br />The Court further finds that the doings and acts of the aforesaid Administrator have been re- <br />ular and legal and they are hereby approved and his final account is allowed and he is hereby <br />discharged and his bonds annulled and cancelled. <br />The Court further finds that after the payment of all the costs and charges of administration <br />other payments made by the administrator there remains on hand and has been paid into the <br />Court the sum of $82.67 which is distributed as follows: <br />The Court also finds that it became necessary to pay a portion of the funeral expenses and to <br />urchase and erect a suitable monument at the grave of the deceased and there being no funds of <br />
