<br />I direct that full and accurate accounts be kept with great care of all the business of the
<br />trust, and that the proper probate accounts be scrupulously filed each year.
<br />Ninth. I appoint the said David B. Perry, John Doane and Henry B. Twombly to be the executor
<br />of this my sxlill, reposing full confidence in their integrity and ability to perform the trust
<br />committed to them, and I direct that they be exempt from giving any surety upon their official
<br />bonds either as executors or trustees; this exemption however not to apply to any person who may
<br />succeed them in either office.
<br />In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of February, in the
<br />year eighteen hundred and ninety.

<br />RESPECTFULLY represents John Doane of Lincoln .in the State of Nebraska that Thomas Doane who
<br />last dwelt in Boston, in said County of Suffolk died on the 22d day of October in the, year of our
<br />Lord one thousand eight hundred and hinety -seven possessed of goods and estate remaining to be ad-
<br />ministered, leaving as widow his only heirs -at -law and next -of -kin, the persons whose names, resi-
<br />dences and relationship to the deceased are as follows, viz.:

<br />of Crete, Nebraska, and Henry B. Twombly of Summit, New Jersey, are named executors and wherein
<br />the testator has requested that your petitioner and said David B. Perry and Henry B. Twombly be
<br />exempt from giving a surety on their bonds.
<br />Wkierefore your petitioner prays that said will may be proved and allowed and letters testa-
<br />mentary issued to him and said David B. Perry and Henry B. Twombly without giving a surety on thei
<br />official bonds, and certifies that the statements herein contained are true to the best of his
<br />knowledge and belief.
