<br />Sixth. I give to my wife Louisa A. Doane, the avails if any, of any accident policy which may
<br />!be in force at the time of my decease, for her own sole use and benefit.

<br />Seventh. Yly cousin Reuben J. Baker, of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, is indebted to me for
<br />money borrowed in the principal sum of four hundred dollars ($400.) for which I hold his notes.

<br />! Eighth. All the rest and residue of the property and estate of which I may die seized or pos-
<br />!sessed, or over which I may then have any power of disposition, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />,lthe trustees hereinafter named to be by them held, managed, and finally disposed of upon the fol-
<br />lowing trusts, namely:
<br />1. Upon trust to allow my wife Louisa the use and occupation of the house where we now live,
<br />No. 8 Pearl Street, in that part of Boston known as Charlestown, so long as she shall live and re-
<br />�main my widow, the cost of insurance, taxes, and ordinary repairs to be paid out of the income of
<br />the remaining trust property and funds. If at any time she prefers not ' to occupy said house the
<br />trustees may lease the same and pay over to her the entire rental as it may accrue for such time
<br />!as she would be entitled to the occupation under the foregoing provision of this paragraph; and

<br />if at any time the premises shall be injured or destroyed by fire or if they shall be sold by the
<br />(jtrustees under the powers hereinafter conferred upon them, then any insurance collected, so far as
<br />Inot applied to re- building, and any proceeds of sale, shall be held by said trustees as a distinct
<br />Ifund, and the income thereof paid o7er to her for such time as she would have been entitled to oc-

<br />E1cupation under the foregoing provision of this paragraph;and upon her death or re- marriage the sai%
<br />jIprop erty or the proceeds thereof, shall be held, as a part of the capital of ' said trust fund for
<br />al the purposes hereinafter directed.
<br />1 II. The net income of the remainder of said trust property and estate, remaining after the
<br />payment of the sums above directed for the care of the cemetery lot and for the charges upon the
<br />estate on Pearl Street, I direct to be paid out as follows, r_a.mely :-
<br />Unto my sister, Martha Doane, the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.) annually, in
<br />semi- annual instalments during her life,

<br />' Unto my brother Charles W. Doane, the sum of sever_ hundred dollars ($700.) annually, in semi-
<br />annual instalments, during his life, and upon and after his death the same sum shall be so paid
<br />unto such of his children by representation as may be living and under the age of twenty one 3, ears)
<br />at the time of each payment respectively, including herein as well children born after my death as
<br />those then living.
<br />Unto my wife Louisa the sum of seventeen hundred and fifty dollars ($1750.) annually, in semi
<br />annual instalments, so long as she may live and remain unmarried; and the provisions made for my
<br />wife in this my will shall be in lieu of dower or other distributive portion of my estate.
<br />Unto each of my children, Helen Doane Perry, John Doane, Caroline Doane Weeden and Frances
<br />Doane Twombly, the sum of ten hundred and fifty dollars ($1050.) annually, in semi- annual instal-
<br />ments, during their respective livesy and upon and after the death of each respectively the same
<br />sum shall in each case be paid unto such of their respective children by representation as may be
<br />!living at the time of each payment respectively, including as well children born after &ftep my
<br />death as those then living, such payments to my grwndchildren to be continued until the termina-
<br />tion of this trust as herein below directed in each case where there is any grandchild surviving j
